Mersey Bluff Caravan Park reviews
67 Pretty cool place staff we meet we friendly a bit of wild life close to a few things
Would stay again
Luke is a great host. The park is great and very clean. Excellent spot to start or end your trip to Tassie.
If staying here have a splurge and visit Mrs Jones 100m away and have the pork dumpling and the tenderloin!
Grab a nice coffee at drift also just 100m away and a drink over looking the beach.
Our return stay here and yet again, very friendly helpful assistance from Luke and Carolyn. Facilities were spotless, sites grassed and flat. Thankyou for a lovely stay.
Why drive tired? I'd recommend a night or more at this Carvan Park.
A Very short drive from the boat (Spirit of tasmania) to the Caravan Park.
Great space, excellent views, terrific amenities.
I love this little caravan park. Fantastic people running the place that makes it even better. Great place to camp on your last night in tassie before heading back to the mainland on the Spirit of Tasmania
A great little place to spend some time whilst visiting Devonport. Hosts are very helpful. Good size sites.
Cleanest camp kitchen I've ever seen, exceptional service (thank you!) plus stunning views over the sea from all sides of the park
Extremely helpful, awesome spot, great site. Would recommend staying here. Thanks Luke and Carolyn. Very organised when boat arrives, Luke showed us to our site, made it very easy. Great job guys. Cheers Sharon and Mick.
What an amazing caravan park. Luke and Caroline are lovely owners who keep their park clean, tidy and very well maintained. Definitely the park to go to in Devonport. Amazing views, close to all the shops. We were on bicycles with our motor home and found the bike tracks fabulous.
We stayed here in our motorhome the day we arrived and departed on the ferry in Tassie. Luke, Carolyn and Sally run a great park. Everything is super clean, the laundry has decent commercial washing machines. A great view of the water. Close to everything. Highly recommend!
Lovely people, very accommodating! Great camp kitchen and facilities and a really beautiful spot! Camped on bikes with 2 kids! THANKYOU Luke and Carolyn.
Best caravan park in Tassie
Great location
Great amenities
Friendly management, Luke providing information about the area
Highly recommend staying here
Absolutely perfect. Amazing views, close to shops, restaurants, and lookouts. We have stayed at the units multiple times because we love it so much. Very modern, great showers, fast wifi, and comfy beds. Luke and other owners are very friendly and welcoming. Could not recommend this place enough.
Beautiful, picturesque spot, elevated sites and wonderful to see the little pademelons in the evening.
Fabulous walks.
Had a grand old time, Luke is always good for a bit of banter and the facilities are in really good shape. The sunsets over the hill are a thing to behold as well.
Powered sites were extremely muddy and slippery. Beware the small slopes, backing in was not an option, due to mud. In June, so️ Bring some mats. Advised that cafe Drift was open til 4pm. Went in at 3.30pm, was refused service. Great location, windy and overlooking the bluff. Kitchen and showers were very good.
Staff extremely helpful. You even get taken to your caravan site.
Wonderful setting close to the Spirit of tasmania.
All facilities spotless.
Would definitely return.
Great location, on site amenities very clean, staff were very helpful. Close to coffee and walking trail.
We picked this site because of close proximity to the Port of Devonport arriving from Port Melbourne via Spirit of Tasmania.
The conversations by email were professional, friendly and courteous. The distance from the port was minutes away and the site itself was visible from the spirit before docking.
The site was packed but surprisingly does not feel congested as everyone, I mean all the sites, hence all the caravans, motorhome a and tents have breathtaking view of the port. The site’s amenities are clean, camp kitchen was modern and clean, and everywhere you go you have nature and space to walk, fresh air and very friendly staffs.
This is dog friendly so there are plenty of walks and tracks to entertain our pooches. The lighthouse is also beautiful and well maintained. The site is close from the park, restaurant, playground and Cole’s and woolies.
Did I mention the staffs are very helpful and friendly? The views… the best site so far (doing our AU lap) and easy access to Devonport port for Spirit of Tasmania.
