Mantra on Collins Hobart

Room was full of dust and had a strange odour. The bathroom was nice and shower pressure was great. Reception staff were courteous and helpful.

Has been a great place to stay friendly staff, breakfast has been awesome and room service has been 5 star. The location has made it easy to walk to see and enjoy a lot off tourist type stuff

Great service, central to everything. My room had a great view over the lovely harbour. Definately recommend.

Good modern hotel near Constitution Dock on Collins street. Spacious clean and tidy room, with very good breakfast, lunch cafe on site. Parking next door in parking station at extra cost.

A very pleasant experience. Our rooms were modern and clean. The staff were very helpful and always friendly and courteous. So central as far as location. Thank you from the Phipps family

Nice quiet rooms. A bit small. Friendly staff. Don't pay extra for room with a view not worth it.
Food is great. However dinner only available in room. But because of central location in CBD. Plenty dinner places within walking distance.
Parking is extra.

Nice clean and modern hotel. Rooms are a bit on the small side but the new fitout makes up for it, so perfect for a short stay. Location is also very central so would definitely recommend it.

Prefer other hotels less than 500m away on the same street towards downtown.
Disgusting place! You shouldn't go here. There is a far nicer hotel just a few meters ahead in the streat!
There was a toilet along the corridor which didn't seem to have been cleaned for some time and the room wasn't very clean either. We requested for pepper towel for our room and it took 30 minutes to get one!
They found any single reason to rip you off.
I would never come back here!

The breakfast was expensive and poor (We found a better one included in price in the restaurant less than 1 min walk from this hotel!).
We booked deluxe queen bed because we thought it would be easier for us, but wished we'd bothered finding somewhere else. They put 2 old single mattress which smell awful. I found out the bed sheet wasn’t even clean (signs of blood).
If you're travelling to Hobart then I suggest checking out the other hotels in that area- I doubt they can be worse than this place. Too expensive and not good at all.

Great service and very reasonable pricing. The hotel is in a good location and is within walking distance of everything in Hobart city. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast we had was top-notch. The room was a little dated but was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. We'd stay again.

Courteous staff. We needed guest laundry and it was no dramas. Bed was super comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Quiet nights of sleep. Highly recommend.

The air conditioner automatically turn off and on which make a noise every hour and we couldn’t sleep the whole night. When we called the reception about this issue, they just told us they can’t do anything about it. I DO NOT KNOW WHO CAN!
The general sense of grimness was really cemented by the unfriendly manager who never returned our greetings or expressed any interest in whether the guests were comfortable, possibly because he knew they weren't.
