Ordered from Uber Eats and the delivery was incredibly fast! Beautiful pasta and pizza, but the tiramisu was ruined by being drenched in chocolate syrup. It's kind of silly, but please allow that as an option in the future! Thank you~ ️

This restaurant is not to be missed Very generous servings, superbly cooked and and the best and quickest service we’ve ever experienced, welcomed by very friendly and amazing staff. Recommend Chianti Colli Senesi Italian wine!

Under average food. Bad service. Waitresses standing around looking busy. Messing up orders after waiting 20mins to actually order.

Had such a great time here. The pizzas are absolutely divine! Ordered half and half flavours
The slow cooked beef penne and fettuccine carbonara were also lovely ~
Finished off with a tiramisu for dessert which was top-notch!

Ordered bacon carbonara & was so disappointed, the cream was the consistency of water, pasta undercooked & very small amount of bacon. Possibly the worst pasta I have ordered. Ordered via door dash

I had mushroom arancini from La Mensa Hobart today, which was the best arancini I had ever before. This was my first time tasting from La mensa and I wish to come back every day. Also, the environment and the customer service were fantastic.

A wonderful place! We ordered through Uber Eats but the delivery driver cancelled the order. It was nearing closing time and La Mensa already made the food. Their staff were very responsive and helpful over the phone about it and we ended up getting our food in the end. The food was delicious and they even gave us free garlic bread - so nice! Definitely recommend them.

Went on Wednesday which was half price pizza and pasta mains with a drink purchase dine in and was not disappointed. Even had gluten free options for the wifee. Good food great value delicious drinks.

Good food, bit pricey. Service by female staff excellent. The male staff member made far too many mistakes.

The pasta was quite good, a little small on the servings for the price in my opinion, but overall I had a good time and had some good food

Not even one star worth. This was a very very disappointing meal, and the service was pretty appalling. Don't usually like to be negative with the kids around, but even the chips were bad! How do you stuff up chips on a kids menu!? They tasted reheated like they had been refried. The seafood is not fresh, thats just a down right lie on the menu. The "slow cooked" chicken was clearly microwaved and not even properly (room temperature at best) and was so unbelievably bland that even when salt and pepper was dumped on it liberally it still struggled to muster any flavour. Even the onion in the harissa was tasteless! The table staff were clearly not overly busy as they leant against the counters and drummed their fingers with very little to do; whilst we waited 20 minutes to clear our plates and another 10 be asked if we wanted a dessert menu. Our kids got so sick of waiting we paid at the counter and left, very dissatisfied and unimpressed.

Im a big Italian food mad lady, so i expected the finesse and taste. Staff where great.loction.space. Dont get fooled by the location as i was. It felt like the name is the only difference from last time i was there.

Went for dinner last night for my girlfriends birthday and the service was bad. They kept getting the food wrong and this ruined my girlfriend’s birthday dinner.

I don’t know how I feel. The staff were nice at least but the food was very disappointing. I had relayed my concerns over to the staff for improvement.

I’ve ordered their SEAFOOD SPAGHETTI which boasts “FRESH Tasmanian seafood” but sadly everything was frozen. Perhaps only one fresh prawn. Hmm bringing it up to the staff and was told yes Indeed it was frozen.and yet we still didn’t get any compensation and paid 30 dollars

The food and staff are just fantastic! I gave dined here MANY times (probably more than one should admit) and I have not had a bad meal yet. I can highly recommend this family friendly, delicious restaurant

I see pics of great seafood & pizzas. Now lets look at reality. Undercooked, crunchy (raw potato) chips & cremated chicken schnitzel. My lady was re imbursed her money, but not offered another meal. ‍️. Went home hungry. We were in a group of 40, some were disgusted. No stocks of seafood, terrible seafood in the seafood feast, Pizza was ok, but at that price, could have done better, with my extra prawns & anchovies (look at your own pictures) all pizzas were bland & flat, with minimal topping. Barman was on important phone calls, everytime, I went for a refill.place has really gone downhill, since last visit

Beautiful food, very warm and welcoming especially seeing I have an Assistance dog Bella, who the staff made her feel comfortable to. A HUGE thank you from us.

I love it here. Always can get what i want and the service is always amazing. I really recommend the salt and peper squid it will always put a smile on your face

I really enjoy this restaurant, it has become one of our favourites. The staff are always friendly and the food top notch.

They have done a fantastic job to maintain a stable and tasty menu during covid.

I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great spot for families and couples alike.

I would recommend the pizzas, but the family are partial to the risotto.
