Stopped for a cuppa and scones. Also serve coffee. Friendly service, relaxing atmosphere amongst nature, while listening to the nearby ocean. Loved the artwork inside the gallery as well as the nicely laid out front entrance/ garden.

Utterly delightful, visiting from LA I was craving Devonshire Tea and so glad we decided to have it here. Scones were baked to perfection, delicious accompaniments, and stunning setting. Couldn't have possibly desired anything more beautiful. Thank you Laurie & Sherry

We took a group of 22 people from Southern Caravan club for morning tea. A lot of the ladies are country women and know a thing or two about scones and cheesecake. Everyone was amazed at the quality and presentation of the food and the ambience of the interior with all the wonderful colour and vibrancy of the east coast, captured in Laurie's artwork. A must visit for tourists and locals alike.

We were staying nearby at Dolphin Sands and stumbled across Kings Art Gallery and Tearoom. Beautiful vibrant paintings of the beaches and birds. The best and fluffiest scones (fresh from the oven) with tea. Our daughter had a great time chatting with our friendly hosts, wandering the garden and munching on scones/cheesecake.

What a great surprise to find this unique place that combines some excellent Aussie art, glorious natural setting and delicious morning tea that consisted of some of the best home made scones you can imagine together with equally delicious cheesecake and coffee and tea. This is one of those unheralded gems in Tasmania - don't miss it.

Beautiful gem. We came across this gallery cafe while looking for coffee. Sherrie was lovely and welcoming and made us some delicious scones. The artwork is beautiful realism showcasing the amazing local landscapes and wildlife. Needless to say we bought a beautiful bright print as a memory of our visit to the area. Definitely worth a look for art and coffee lovers in a quiet elegant environment.

We stopped for a tea and were stoked to be told that fresh scones were on their way. After 20 minutes we were presented with the most delicious scones ever. So warm and fresh with great coffee to match. Thank you so much. It made for a great addition to our cycling adventure to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary

What a great little gallery and such lovely people. We had such a beautiful afternoon tea and cannot wait to hang our purchase. We’re from interstate and sending our painting to our home couldn’t have been easier. Looking forward to going back in the future:)

We stumbled across this place on the way from melshell oyster shack, and were pleasantly surprised with the warm, hospitable host and their beautiful family gallery!

We decided to stay and have a spot of afternoon tea. Let me say; the cheesecake served up was among the best my wife and I have ever eaten. The French early gray tea was set up on quaint white China, garnished with dry flowers.

It’s the attention to detail that make this place a winner!

We picked up a great little Laurence King print for our home too!
