Stayed the night in Oatlands on a whim and so glad we did, because of this place! Fabulous ambience, owners and drinks menu.

Amazing selection of wines and Tassie fare. The host was amazing with a deep knowledge of local history and stories. The building is beautiful.

What a diamond in the rough. It really is a bit of an after thought on your way from Hobart to Launceston, but my wife and I wished we had decided to stay longer. The wine/cheese sampler board was tasty, good proportions, and good price. And they had a great selection of other nibbles and drinks to take with us

What a Brilliant adventure we had. THIS is the way to enjoy Oatlands on a Sunday afternoon. Deginitelu book in the time and the space if your travelling through. Loved every single gin on the gin flight.the cheeses meats were Fabulous. We really enjoyed the space, the lounges and our time and Super friendly onwner and the stories he told.
Can not fault our afternoon.

Awesome restaurant. Great cocktails and great food. Amazing interior design and incredibly good value for money. If you’re in Oatlands this place is a must do for dinner.

This is a must visit for anyone who likes wine and spirits (beer too)!
All made within 60km of here and a huge selection and such friendly service.

What an absolutely beautiful gem in Oatlands. Personalised service, amazing wine and cheese pairing and very well priced. If you're looking for that real Tassie experience make sure to book your tasting session or even better, stay overnight to thoroughly enjoy your time at Imbibers.

This place is AWESOME! Lovely people, a wood fire to keep back the chill and a VEGAN CHEESE BOARD OPTION! OMG!

Fabulous cafe, great selection of small plates and wines served by knowledge and entertaining staff.

Great shared platter and wide range of Tasmanian wines, all served in front of a roaring fire. A great reason to turn off at Oatlands Tasmania.

An absolute gem. Fantastic wines served with very tasty cheeses superbly paired. Such a cosy friendly place our visit here made our day. If you enjoy good wine or wonderful gins I can not recommend this establishment to highly.

Gem! Came across this place by chance in Oatlands. What a gem! Great way to spend an hour or two in very cozy surrounds drinking beautiful wine and even better cheeses. Really excellent value for money as well.

Great little sensitively restored historic building now a wine bar. We have family links to Oatlands so is pleasing to see this building being cared for. This wine bar has something for everyone and we certainly enjoyed a celebratory drink.

We got the 4 white wine and cheese matched wine flights. Excellent food and drink and a warm, relaxed cozy environment to enjoy them in.

Must! Pop in for a Tasmanian grown tasting platter and cocktail, wonderful atmosphere with friendly welcoming service

The food platers were lovely and plenty of the six of us. The cocktails were a knock out! Well done Oatlands Tasmania, you have done us proud. You have welcomed a new business into our ever growing community that will only grow and grow into what has become a successful enterprise. Wonderful small bar and eatery in historic Oatlands, just over an hour from both Hobart and Launceston. Tastefully decorated and with a simple heritage theme, The Imbibers is the perfect spot for wine and cheese in front of a roaring winter fire.
There is an excellent selection of local wines and the local cheese and meat were a perfect complement. The portions are generous and the selection was excellent.
Friendly staff, comfortable surroundings and great food and wine. Perfect!
