Wonderful service, atmosphere, food and wine. I’ve never tried hot, buttered, rum before and it was such a treat:) a very special place, I hope to visit again.

Stopped hear many times for wine and cheese by the fire place. Very cosy, great service and good wine.

A gorgeous wine and cheese bar with a warm decor and friendly service. Love the open fires and the restoration of this historic Oatlands building. The cocktail menu is extensive and the cheese platters and charcuterie boards an absolute delight featuring all local produce. You can’t visit Oatlands without a stop at Imbibers.

Beautiful done cottage that is a great experience. We had the flight of red wine and the grazing board for two. All Tasmanian wine and foods. Very friendly service, lovely log fire comfortable chairs to sit, sip and just enjoy the experience. Overall, it was an excellent day out.

OMFG myself and her indoors have absolutely found a jewel in Oatlands.
This is a must stop for any wine lover and lover of cheese. Super welcoming. Nathan is an awesome host. Also not expensive. Just bloody wonderful! Definitely will be revisting again and again etc.

Dropped in here for a casual Sunday lunch. We had a grazing pkatter for 2. Kerry had the flight of 'whites', and I chose the 'reds'. Excellent choice all round. Definitely woeth checking out.

Maybe Nathan wasn’t working today, the customer service was very bland. The platter was absolutely beautiful as was the wine, had we not felt like an inconvenience we would have stayed longer.

Fantastic! Cannot speak highly enough of experience. Amazing wine, grazing platter that was so generous we couldn't finish it all. Genuine host with great knowledge and history of the venue. A great way to spend a few hours and definitely a must do in Oatlands! Highly recommend Imbibers!

May be the coolest little wine / spirits bar / shop in the Midlands. Nathan has created a really special place to relax and try local wines, spirits and produce. Love the wood fires and feel of the place. Highly recommended.

Awesome place for a drink and snack in historic Oatlands. Warm fires, comfy chairs, the most amazing baked cheeses and huge beer/wine/spirits list. Will definitely be back.

Came in for a bit of lunch and it was so cute! Got a massive platter board for only $55 for 2 people and there was heaps on it. Had the fireplace going which was perfect.

This bar is amazing. Great little bar with interesting little rooms to mux it up.
The local product only is a good concept and well received my patrons.
Nathan has a friendly manner and knows his product.
An absolute must if you are staying or passing through Oatlands
