Hobart Brewing Co

Today I had a chance to enjoy this lovely place plenty of food option and beautiful people. I always try to find news places here and it was gorgeous I found.

Awesome, enormous outdoor space. Really cool environment. Beer was super tasty and really stood out. Worth the visit.

Very friendly, dropped my tasting platter and manager offered new one. Beer is great, and the taco place nearby is very good.

I try to visit breweries in every city I visit. I enjoyed spending time at this one because of the nice spaces they have to just chill and enjoy your beer. We were here in summer so the weather was wonderful. A good selection of beers on tap as well as some Gins. I reviewed some of their beers on Untappd.
Beers were served in biodegradable plastic cups rather than glass.

Great place to just hang out.

Great beers - a range of IPAs that rate with the best craft brews in the country. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Cool industrial building!

Enjoyed coming here over a weekend in Hobart. The outdoor fires were appreciated given the cool June weather. The beers available were also enjoyable. Large outdoor seating area, not common to a lot of mainland breweries set a pleasant communal scene. They also offer live music too.

Cool laid back place. If your a beer drinker you'll slip in here like a comfy old slipper. Good range of beers on tapas in 3 sizes. Happy to give a taste before u buy a full glass. Lots of food Van's and cheap eats. The way beer culture is suppose to be. I would have loved to see a few more IPAS and Dipas but that's just my taste. Cheers and thanks

Asked for a double shot, was charged double the price of the entire drink. Tapped and paid and the $12 drink was suddenly a a $24 drink. I challenged and the server just shrugged and said "that's how it is"

Excellent range of beer with a select wine and spirit menu. Food trucks, live music and the monthly Clubhouse Comedy room.

Big surprise to find a world class craft brewer in Tasmania. HBC carries a full line up of IPA, Stouts, Saison, and Bock’s. I tried many, but my favorite was the Matrimony IPA which was brewed for one of the brewers wedding. The location is huge with an indoor and outdoor section. They have a big fire put for cold nights. They also have stage for local bands and a pool table. The food truck that was there the night we came serviced delicious Mexican food, my wife and I both had pork quesadillas, with some incredible hot sauces.

The service was amazing and my only complaint is they closed on Sunday at 5: 30 (too early!)
