Did the guided tour. Really interesting to learn about the property and the hazelnut industry. Then sat down for a gourmet tasting platter. The whole thing was really well down. Had a great time. Plus the food in the store was really nice so we walked away with a hamper.

I tasted Hazelbrae Hazelnuts for the first time at the farmer's market in Launceston. Since then, I have regularly ordered their roasted hazelnuts and chocolate covered hazelnuts online. They are the freshest and most delicious nuts I've ever had! Delivery was prompt and the beautiful packaging was a nice touch. Love these products and a great example of world class produce from right here in Tasmania!

We had lunch with friends there yesterday, we all enjoyed the food and couldn't fault their service. Looking forward to our next visit.

Absolutely amazing food served on their Friday evening dinners. The chef creates incredible fusions of the freshest farm gate produce with flavours that are unique and spot on.
The service is equally amazing and blends with a charming and relaxed atmosphere.
Highly recommended for a delicious night out.
Make sure to get the paired drinks selection with your food, as a good amount of effort goes into the pairing and really produces something special to go with the food.

Just lovely, great location nice food, friendly staff. Picking up hazelnuts with the grandchildren was do much fun.

Dishes are tasty, particularly the salmon with hazelnut on top, sauce is delicious. Lamb salad is also my favourite.

Found this place just by luck and wouldn't have missed it for anything. Delicious hazelnut cappuccino enjoyed with a choc hazelnut slice and chili nuts! Orchards stretched as far as the eye could see. Everywhere was landscaped beautifully with nut shell mulch to finish! What a treat this place is - must go back again soon.

Awesome service, meal and venue. Tucked away off the main route from the North West Coast to Launceston this little gem is worth venturing 20 minutes out of your way to experience fine local food and service.

A lovely up and coming business. The owners are clearly passionate about hazelnuts. Newly developed orchard walks are a great way to complete are relaxing afternoon of food and drinks which showcase the versatility of hazelnuts.
A must visit.

We fell in love with this place, the food was amazing and the customer service was excellent it was very family friendly. The Hazelnut oil cappuccino was such a treat, I highly recommend this business.

Amazing home-made ice cream, all fresh ingredients, eat in or takeaway or take home products. Local ppls using local ingredients. I had lemon meringue ice cream so yummy!

Yes Yes Yes, the chef does local produce justice with subtle use of flavors. Do yourself a favour and drop in for lunch, you wont regret it.

Absolutely loved this place! Had the four course Friday night dinner menu and it was delicious, the best dinner I've had in ages. All courses were perfectly balanced and full of flavour. My husband had matched wines, which were a great pair with the food. Excellent service, fabulous location and interior decorating, would highly recommend checking out Stelo for dinner!

I follow Hazelbrae on Facebook and unfortunately my trip didn't allow me to visit the restaurant on a Friday night for their four course dinner. They have a good cafe menu available for other times of the day and I spotted a great looking antipasto platter on the next table while I was there.
I buy their hazelnut oil in Hobart at the Farmers Market and use it in hot/cold drinks and on hot cinnamon sugared apple slices.

Wonderful dining experience looking out toward the mountains off the deck with delicious food and excellent service.
Highly recommend a visit.
