Ken and Jo are amazing hosts who made us feel extremely welcome from our arrival. Their knowledge of the region and advice on what to see and do were very helpful. The accommodation is first-rate, with a well-appointed room and bathroom and the home-cooked breakfast was delicious. Walking distance into town was a bonus. We highly recommend this as a place to stay when in Strahan.

Highly recommend this outstanding B&B. Our stay with Ken and Jo was sublime.
Nothing is too much trouble, they were both warm and welcoming on arrival, full of helpful information throughout our stay and the breakfast (and coffee) is to die for!
Loved the dining room, and the guest bar (honour system) with the free tea and coffee along with a communal fridge for cheese and wine etc to enjoy by the fire.
The bedroom room and ensuite were exceptional, no small details have been missed (everything you would expect in a 6 star hotel). The sitting room was a wonderful end to each day with the roaring fire and glass of wine! The house itself is a labour of love, restoration has been meticulous. The gardens are gorgeous, be sure to ask about Huon McGregor!
Thanks Ken and Jo, we can't wait to come stay again for a few days.

Oh joy to arrive at beautiful Harrison House in Strahan! I was looking forward to our stay because Jo & Ken had made the whole booking process so easy & helpful. There's a lot of love & care that has gone into this beautiful B&B. Jo & Ken bring warmth & attention to their guests experience - so personable, yet discreet - they don't try & join your holiday which can be the downside of some B&B's. Rooms are spacious & tastefully decorated. Bed was so comfortable & king size with crisp linen & soft pillows. The shared reading room with cozy sofas & fireplace became our favourite afternoon sanctuary - curled up with a book & glass of Tassie wine overlooking the garden. The breakfasts were delicious, generous, fresh & made to order. Ken is a whiz on the egg front! We travelled with friends & all agree we will be back to visit Jo & Ken - it will easily become a favourite. Thanks guys:)

Absolutely 5 star experience. My first time in a B&B. Decor, food and welcoming hosts Jo and Ken were fantastic. Easy to see why they are rated 5 stars. Very highly recommended.

My partner and I stayed for our anniversary and it could not have been better. The cruise package they offer is a must.

Ken & Jo have done an amazing job transforming the residence into a luxurious place to stay. So relaxing and wonderful hosts. Ken's not a bad cook either.:)

Where to start! The king size bed with beautiful linen was amazing. Breakfast was delicious with my favourite being the warm homemade buns. Do yourself a favour and stay at Harrison House as you wont be disappointed. Thanks Ken

My elderly friend & I stayed here three nights. Comfort, elegance & warmth in the home. The king size bed has beautiful quality bed linen & very comfortable, a large bedroom, with your own ensuite bathroom. Host, Ken is very obliging, welcoming & cooked up delicious brekky 100% recommend staying here.
