Wow, these guys care, and the accomodation is clean, comfortable, quiet and roomy. I have stayed here a number of times over the last 20 years and they just get better and better. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed here for four nights. What a great find! The location is perfect, better than we had planned. So close to Woolies, Coles, heaps of restaurants around here and so many services. Great access to Wrest Point, Sandy bay, Nutgrove Beach, Salamanca markets and constitution dock. We are in our fifties and all these were within walking distance for us. The check in on arrival was very easy, staff very pleasant, online booking also was very easy. The room was exceptionally clean and very spacious for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities more than adequate for the two of us. Kitchenette was also suffice, we only used it for breakfast, toast, cup of tea, as we ate out for lunch and dinner, there are so many option in and around this apartment. There is a very good laundry set up here, coin operated so don’t forget you dollar coins. The office has washing powder for sale and will have change for coins if you don’t have any. Both washing machines and dryers were all in good condition. The laundry has a wall full of brochures on what to do around Hobart, so plenty of information at hand. There is off street parking, very secure and safe. This place is awesome, if coming back to Hobart will stay here, prices very reasonable.

I wish we'd stayed here longer. Although the room was a little older looking, everything was clean and in great working order. The bed was so comfy! Staff welcoming and very helpful. A little gem nestled away.

Stayed 3 nights in the four bedroom house without a hire car. House was in a great location with a easy 20 min walk to the CBD & 2 min walk to shops/restaurants. The house was very clean and great size for a group/couples. We loved that we got clean towels everyday & rubbish taken out daily. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need including plenty of chopping boards for a cheese/meat platters. The customer service was excellent and we were lucky enough to have a early check in Will definitely be back again.

We stayed here for quite a while, a cosy, clean room with a fully equipped kitchenette.
There is only a portable oil filled heater, but it did keep the room warm.
We stayed in a so-called studio room, slightly dated room but the bathroom has been renovated and was great. The plumbing must be fairly old, because if the rooms either side use their bathroom, it is quite noisy and will wake you up.
Parking can be a bit tricky, as more people stay.
Walking distance to Sandy Bay, and all the shops and restaurants. We thought the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, and there is great Wi-Fi.

Lovely large two bedroom apartment. Clean and comfortable. The lady in reception was very welcoming.she even turned the heaters on in the lounge before we got there.

The location was very quiet, so it's good for people with sleeping problems. The rooms are a bit old, but the bath room was renovated. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans. We had an old kettle that didn't work very well, but we told the reception and they gave us a new kettle.

Very comfortable apartment. Has everything we need for a short stay. Even though the place is full, it is very quiet. Staff at reception very nice.

Great location, easy walk to plenty of places to eat ranging from Maccas to restaurants. Got both Coles and Woolies 5 min walk away. Great house to stay in, great for kids. Staff are awesome and friendly too.

A dive, don't go. Dirty, no 24 hr desk. Can't figure out why it is 4 star. We didn't even stay, left right away for another hotel.

Stayed there with our parents/in laws, The rooms were clean, comfortable, service was good, Central to everything.
If going to Launceston do not stay at the Auldington hotel, it is a filthy place, go to the Grand Chancelor.

Very convenient to supermarket and restaurants. The room is big and well furnished. The receptionist was helpful. She phoned the travel agency and helped us to arrange the luggage to airport when we leave Hobart after the tour.

Clean and neat. Couches are not comfortable. There is no lift to upper levels, so request a ground floor room if you have a heavy suitcase or have trouble with stairs!
