Great location
Lovely room, on arrival room was cosy warm due to the thoughtfulness of the hosts having the heater on. Restaurants, supermarkets, bottle shop, bakeries, chemist warehouse, doctors clinic and local transport all close by. Will be back.

Well furnished rooms with a comfortable bed. Pleasant surroindings. Very convenient location.

Very bad placement for the plugs to charge my phone and devices either include an extension cord or rearrange the plug placement next to the head of the bed. Also maybe with samsung phones but the internet is terrible, keeps disconnecting and difficult to stay/reconnect to the wifi

We had a simply wonderful stay at Grosvenor Court Apartments, we were extremely lucky to score an upgrade and were given the beautiful historic Tregothen House to stay in for 6 nights. A spacious, beautifully appointed house with a huge kitchen with all appliances, a beautiful courtyard with plenty of seating for our family of 6,3 bedrooms with ample comfortable beds and bedding and 2 separate lounge areas for relaxing in. All this and just a small stroll away from restaurants and shops on Sandy Bay Rd, and within walking distance of the waterfront and Salamanca Market. We loved our stay here, Thankyou

Just what we needed for the night on our road trip. Cheap, very clean, comfy beds and warm. Parking was easy and plenty of it. Shower pressure was great. 5 min drive to the docks where there is heaps of restaurants and bars. Great location. Would recommend for people who need somewhere to stay overnight whilst on the road around Tassie. Would come back.

Convenient location, comfy bed, nice apartment with off street parking. Walking distace to Salamanca markets, great eateries in Sandy bay Easy drive to Mona and other favoured destinations around Hobart

Found a long black hair in the bed which wasn't ours and could use a power outlet on both sides on the bed. Bottom floor apartments have little to no privacy with curtains open. Other than that, decent price and decently located.

Disappointing this accommodation is so inflexible with date changes or refunds when travel is restricted in the middle of omnicron outbreak!
Will not rebook!

Stayed here regularly when in Hobart. Room were spacious and clean with friendly staffs. Very accommodating to requested.

The stay is really nice. Convenient, super clean, and the staff members are very friendly and supportive.

We had to cancel due to travel restrictions that have been put in place for NSW. We booked prior to the lockdowns and unfortuantely booked a non refunable room.it's just disappointing that there couldn't have been a credit granted or any kind of compassion for our situation, expecially that we have provided almost 2 months notification and they have this time to re book the room. We had book all over Tasmania and this accommodation was the only one that didn't provide a refund or credit. I've learnt my lesson and will never be booking accommodation without knowing exactly what the cancellation policy is. Thanks for the life lesson!

Stayed this weekend in a Studio Apartment, the apartment was so clean and comfortable. It was a very quiet location and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

I booked in this apartment in June, but due to the lockdown in NSW, we were unable to travel to Hobart last July. And so I asked if I can rebook or refund our payment for the accommodation but unfortunately, the owners are not understanding and they do not have any form of compassion towards their clients. All the other accommodations in Tasmania are kind enough to allow us to rebook, but Grosvenor Court Apartments doesn't have the heart to put themselves in their clients' shoes. My family and I are extremely disappointed and realise how greedy these owners can be. We were unable to stay in this apartment/hotel. And we paid 100% for the accommodation which was totally non-rebookable and non-refundable.and it's ridiculous! I do not recommend Grosvenor Court Apartments to anyone.

Beautiful place to stay. Everything was so nice. Had trouble with WiFi. Would love to stay again.

I had to cancel my booking because of COVID outbreak in Melbourne, I got nothing return from here, their manager Shane is arrogant, he doesn’t care about future business that I could have brought, don’t book in here.

Unfortunately due to the Melbourne lockdown we have had to cancel our stay here one week in advance. We were refused a credit or a refund. Very disappointed at the lack of understanding and compassion. Thankfully, all of our other bookings and accomodation have been flexible in light of the current situation in Melbourne.

Absolute pleasure too stay the staff have been amazing and soo helpful. Beds are super comfy and rooms are very quiet!

Nice and quite apartments. Well serviced.friendly staff at reception. Central position within 400 meters to all restaurants, supermarket, takeaways of all nations, bakery, chemist newsagents.great shopping strip for fashion, post office, anything you want its there with a 10 minute walk.

Out of all the places I have stayed in Hobart this is one of the best. Everything you need, very clean. One of the most comfortable beds in Hobart. Comfy lounge chairs or sofa to sit in. Quiet area but short walk to shops/restaurants. Very spacious room compared to the others. Good value.
