Best pizza. Went with a group and all thoroughly enjoyed pizza and beer. I am wheat intolerant and dairy free so had a gluten free with vegan cheese pizza, amazing. Great attentive staff, can't wait to go back and try other things on menu.

Modern, spacious, long timber tables for dining upstairs. Pizzas were spot on with inoffensive dough and good variety on the menu. The pedra pale was a good solid pale, recommend it. A repeat visit is on the cards! The long bar down stairs is out of the hustle and bustle of the city making it a hidden nice addition to the Hobart bar/restaurant scene. Great work guys, love your work. I look forward to coming back with the crew again soon.

We had our private room seats up to 15 people, all pizzas where nice, including desserts, unfortunately there don't serve hot drinks like coffee tea and hot Chocolate

August 2021. I've watched as this venue was built, wondering to myself what was actually being created here. There's no signage, there nothing to know what to expect from the outside other than a huge orange diamond outside. We tried Deep South this evening and we were pleasantly surprised as to how well the owners had converted the former braap warehouse into a chic and cool drinking and dining Venue. Food was well priced and delicious. Staff unpretentious and friendly. There's casual seating downstairs with more formal seating upstairs on the mezzanine. We'll be returning.

The best Lager in town, and it goes without saying the Pizza is spectacular - but do yourself a favour and don't overlook the rest of the menu! Dave and the boys know exactly what they are doing to keep punters well fed and watered!
