Dan Murphy's Launceston

Wow.
Best range of gins and whiskeys that I have seen in any store. All the prices were good. Even the range of beers would please the discerning buyer. Dont waste your time with others. Parking on site.

Recently did a gin tasting - ably assisted by Philip, a very knowledgeable and pleasant staff member. He went over and above with his attention to detail. Definately food for thought for my next purchase! Dan Murphy's does have to do something positive with it's 'loyalty' card - you get nothing for it except relentless emails offering specials.

Beautiful service. A gentleman named Michael served us when we wanted to taste test a few things helped us with any questions we had and was spot on with suggestions for things for us to try when we said what we liked. Would recommend, they have so much to choose from.

This must be almost brand new. The layout is second to none however the range of local Tassie wines is average compared to other local bottle shops. Prices are hard to beat.

They've got everything you could ever want to drink in a well set out store. 4 stars because the pricing isn't the best on some stuff but overall it's worth a look

Always have a wide selection of wines if varried prices. Staff are very professional and helpful with lots of knowledge of products.

Let's face it, you'll only ever goto a Liquor shop to get intoxicated and if not then your obviously after "Nobby's Pork Crackling" probably exclusive to Dan Murphy's. Maybe. Good deals at least, make sure you become a member.

Take some time to get through this huge place. Plenty of specials, helpful staff. Lots to choose from. I will be back
