Curringa Farm

What a delightful stay on our way across the island! Beautiful and serene, looking down over the river and out over the hills, with wildlife and sheep roaming about. Make sure you have a vehicle that can stand a lengthy dirt driveway! Comfortable and clean accommodation, and great service - a hiccup with our booking was quickly and thoughtfully resolved. Would definitely recommend if you're heading across and don't want to do the hours of driving in one shot!

We stayed here for a few nights recently. It was so peaceful. It was our favourite place that we stayed at during our Tassie holiday. The farm tour was fantastic and we got to feed highland cows.

Nice and cozy houses, a lot of wildlife and a very relaxing atmosphere. Great place to explore Mt. Field and Lake St. Clair National Parks.

My family and friends recently celebrated a Birthday at Curringa Farm. We all had the most amazing weekend. Starting with a wonderful lunch in the beautiful Tour Centre Cafe, catered for by the lovely Curringa staff, we then moved on into the Farm where everyone had accommodation that exceeded all expectations. Jane and Tim were so friendly and helpful and I cannot thank them, and their staff, enough for helping to create the most memorable weekend on their picturesque Farm.

My boyfriend and I had a great time at Curringa Farm. The room is so nice, comfortable and cozy. A perfect place for you to escape from city. Only one hour driving from Hobart city. We will definitely come back again! Looking forward to the next stay.

Amazing place, very peaceful, beautiful scenery. It was a really wonderful stay. Tim and Jane were amazing, very friendly and great customer service. Highly recommend this place.

What super place to stay. The accommodation immaculate and so well equipped, very comfortable bed and the windows positioned so each one was like looking at a painting. The food provided was delicious and loved the fresh loaf of bread.

We stayed in the studio Blue Wren. This was an amazing experience. Luxury from the moment we walked in. Comfy bed, huge bath, well-equipped kitchen, coffee pod machine, comfy couch, bbq, quiet, natural surroundings in the middle of the paddock, sheep, and the huge windows have views to die for. This place is a real luxury, try to stay more than 1 night. Thanks to Tim and Jane and the staff for the great service.

Very good farm stay experience and learnt a lot from Tim understanding the nature surrounding the farm and in Tasmania!

We absolutely loved our stay at Curringa Farm, after the helpful staffed noticed we had booked a room that wouldn't suit us they spoke to us and changed it to a much more suited space! We stayed in the beautiful Blue Wren suite, we loved the beautiful view, the amenities including lovely bath tub, the dinner and breakfast baskets and enjoyed seeing nearby sights. Absolutely beautiful ️

I recently visited Curringa Farm for the second time and stayed for two nights. It was a wonderful experience. The environment was peaceful, and I was able to connect with nature in a way that I rarely get to in my daily life. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they recommended that I visit Mount Field National Park, which was absolutely breathtaking.

One of the highlights of my stay was the food package. The milk was incredibly fresh and delicious, and I loved the steak. Overall, I had a fantastic time at Curringa Farm and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

Great getaway accommodation! Perfect place to wind down from the hectic city life. Only 1h 15m away from Hobart, the farm is centrally located and quite close to small and iconic towns and tourist attractions.

Friendly and accomodating hosts! Tim and Jane were very helpful and very welcoming.

We stayed at the Wedgetail Wings, perfect view especially at sun rise. Modern yet comfy accommodation in the middle of the farm. Full set of cooking utensils and equipment with BBQ set, make you feel at home. Prepare to be greeted by a group of sheeps in the morning (5.30 am).

Loved the coffee (perfectly made by Tim) and breakfast/dinner package. Recommended to take a farm tour, really informative session from Tim. Also had a great experience interacting with farm animals and feeding them during the tour.

Will comeback and stay again in this lovely farm.

The view, the service, the quality. Self contained cabins in the bush. Private access to Meadowbank Lake. Extremely well appointed and we took up the meal provision option which, although a little pricey per person, was well worth it for our second last night in TAS. Needed a shoe horn to get my wife to leave.

Jane and Tim run a beautiful farm and my family of 4 enjoyed our stay tremendously. The chalet was well designed and cosy. We also booked dinner and had grilled lamb, veges, 2 lovely salads with a delicious apple crumble. A jaunt to the pristine lake to do a spot of platypus watching and see the sun set. We hope to be back!

Beautiful location, clean and comfortable cottage, lovely hosts and delicious home made food. The raspberry jam was exceptional. Very generous BBQ pack kept us going for 2 nights. The farm tour with Tim was great fun and very informative and the scones with that raspberry jam was delicious!

If you wanna spend a night (or few) in a farm, this might be one of the best choices in Tas. Jane, Tim and Sophie all very kind and welcoming. The cabin was great, the food was great, the scenery was great, and the farm tour was exceptionally great!

An absolutely amazing stay at Curringa farm! Lovely people and stunning accommodation! Best weekend this year! So much fun for everyone! Will be returning again soon!
