Crowne Plaza Hobart, an IHG Hotel

The rooms were fantastic. Modern, contemporary and very clean. Great restaurant and location was very idea in the centre of the town.
Parking can be a bit tricky, although valet parking is available. It can be very busy outside the front door and hard to park even in the pickup zone.
Highly recommend this property in Hobart.

The room is so perfect and the view is incredible. The reception, Dolly, is so friendly and kind. I enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza Hobart. The breakfast and the gym is wonderful. I will definitely recommend friends to stay here.

Crown Hobart nailed it! Perfect location, friendly staff, and the concierge team? Rockstars! My recent Hobart work trip just got elevated. Only wish they had a pool/spa for unwinding and better lighting in the corridors to make seeing room numbers easier.

Crowne Plaza have charged me double on check out for Room service incurred. I have sent them my statements and screen shots of the double charge but yet they are refusing to credit me back $150.22. It has now been 3 weeks and multiple phone calls and emails to be told, one of these amounts is an authorisation, which it is NOT, I have sent you my statements showing the double charges, Basically refusing to give me my money back!

Staff was super friendly, we stayed three nights and was alway greeted with a big smile. The rooms were spacious and clean.
The buffet breakfast was delicious!
They have valet parking, but the parking is offsite, so you cannot access you car once it is parked and you require 30 mins notice to ask them to get the car for you. On the other hand, this is available 24-7.
The bathrooms were clean, however, without shower screens or doors, water just gets everywhere.

My wife and I are currently in the club lounge and the service from the three staff is outstanding always smiling.

Nice places to stay, but reception is on level 4. They do have someone on the ground floor for valet parking and to direct you to level 4. No other parking

Had a great time we had a room with the club experience.
Well worth it complimentary drinks and canapes and breakfast.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times & have booked the lounge access both times. Although the staff are lovely the food quality there is a let down. Also no spirits are served just wine & beer. Hotel rooms are good & all staff are great

We spent almost 4 days there and the experience was outstanding. The staff accommodated almost all our requests Whenever we are back in Hobart, we look forward to stay there.

In the heart of the CBD. It's luxury on all fronts. The views are amazing along with the food and drinks. Highly recommended to spoil yourself.

Accommodation 5 stars, way better than I expected, recently stayed at the Sydney one and we thought that was nice but Hobart crown Plaza even better again. Service 5 star. Only thing that could be improved was the food. Breakfast scrambled eggs tasted like powder but worked out u could request fresh eggs so second morn better. Dinner was a 3 star. The menu could def be improved. The ambience so beautiful and a better menu and better food could def attract the local area. Staying at Freycinet lodge now and their food a 5 star. This hotel could be everything if they can improve the food. But service was a 5 star the staff doing a great job.

Great stay, great service great food. The only thing is parking so you would need to take advantage of the valet service, which is great. Centrally located in the city.

We stayed here for one night before flying back to Adelaide. The hotel is very modern and staff most welcoming. The core restaurant was very nice for our evening meal. The room was spacious and had all the mod cons. However there was a constant deep vibration from the air-conditioning system we think. We could only notice it when laying on the bed without the television on. We both found it hard to get a good sleep. It may have only been our room. I turned off the ac but noise and vibration still continued.

The hotel is in a very central location and the staff were very helpful. Our room was great - extremely modern with plenty of USB charging ports, control of the room by a tablet next to the bed, automatic curtains and blinds and great WiFi. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was lovely with a rain shower head. The room has its own temperature control which was great and we were right near the Club Lounge which was really handy for going and getting free food, soft drinks and coffee and breakfast/canapes etc when they were available, We will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are modern and well appointed. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant is a massive letdown. There's plenty of local options in a short walk, so don't let this affect your decision to stay here.

Excellent buffet breakfast, which we really looked forward to. Luxurious, comfortable bed. Really nice spa bath. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much.

What an amazing time we had in Hobart, made even more special by the staff at the Crown Plaza Hobart. From when we were greeted at the door to the exceptionally clean, awesome size and magic room we had, everything was amazing! We had a club room which included breakfast and afternoon tea in the club room, with complimentary, beer, wine, softdrinks and snacks all during the day! The room itself had all the mod cons, including electric blinds and curtains, very comfortable bed and lots of room to store your things, including a safe. We made mention of my partners birthday and we were greeted with champaign and chocolates on arrival and them more chocolates and a special dessert in the club room! I can't recommend this hotel highly enough, we will definately be back.
