Dinner in the Watergarden was very nice.
Great service and very well managed Covid procedures throughout the restaurant.

A little dated now but good value for money and a nice environment. House keeping could improve as carpets were not vacuumed - found toe nail clippings under bed - yuk! Ps it only takes 5 minutes to vacuum! Note cleaning staff also spoke loudly to each other in front of the guests.

Meal was sadly overcooked and lacking flavour. Drink was all ice, three sips of drink. Service very slow. Staff not all that friendly. Not really impressed.

The Location is nice, the parking is too far.the customer service has no idea (one staff said is totally different as the other). The food is shocking & expensive.

This hotel is perfect! Service is great, rooms are fantastic, staff is so so friendly & the hotel is beautiful.
I came here with a large family and we felt so comfortable and relaxed.
Pool, Spa, Gym, Casino, restaurants, lakes, ducks, wallabies, horses this place has it all.
Highly recommend staying here for anyone thinking about it you can not go wrong.

The Links buffet is very popular. Expect long lines to get food. Lots of desserts to choose from. Definitely not a romantic place to dine.
Try the upstairs restaurant. Costlier.

Reasonable feed and enjoyed an evening on the pokies. It is extremely busy though and not sure about the cafeteria type tucker in thr downstairs. Attracted the older set. Which indicates its cheap.

Lovely lunch. This club has the best value for members we have ever seen anywhere. This lunch below cost us $1.50 each as a normal members social. Lamb Korma (I don't eat rice so asked for salad & oanko crumbed chicken tenders & veg.) You'd have to be nuts not to join. Great Deco & the friendliest of staff.

Friendly and professional staff. Comprehensive parking leading to a beautiful entrance that includes water features. High quality interior design complemented with the overall humble experience.

It's not so good at moment, pokies not working. Food a bevarages are dear staff not happy. Can improve need new people running it I think. It's a bit stale!

Great venue and place to stay and eat. Spacious. Lovely grounds. Excellent fireworks last night for New Year's Eve. Buffet is alwayd good. Friendly staff.

My family and I had a meal at the newly refurbished water garden and was quite pleasantly surprised with the quality of the meals. The service time was slow but a small sacrifice for Friendly's service.

Ate at the Watergarden Bar and Cafe. Poor quality food, slow service and overpriced. Didn't even have the wine that we asked for and there was only 4 options. Not much positive to encourage any future business.

Food is ok for pub style. Service is excellent. I saw a man who was mouthing off and seemed drunk. Bouncers were quick to diffuse situation and escort trouble maker off premises. That was impressive.

Great gamming and entertainment venue several resturants cheap eats hundreds off pokies black jack roulet cards etc.regular concerts singers comedians and bands

Ive had the privilege to spend more then one night at the country club, its probably one of my most favorite places to stay whenever i do go to tassie. The room i stayed in was beautiful and so perfect, the room service was oh so delightful, i did enjoy the casino and a few beers. The overall visit is stunning and a very relaxed vibe with class. Just perfect.

A comprehensive suite of facilities including casino and excellent 18 hole golf course. Nice rooms and a selection of restaurants and cafes from fine dining to casual.

Location was convenient. Great facilities for the family eg duck feeding, play ground and pony rides. However, the villas looks a bit old and is due for an upgrade.

My brother took me to their buffet meal section for a belated birthday celebration and I enjoyed every minute of the time we spent up there. The food was divine and the service was friendly and professional. One young gentleman went out of his way to wheel my chair through the seating to where we were to sit, for that I'd thank him here personally if my memory was far better. You can't go past their service and food for an excellent meal.

We stayed the night and the room was fine. The food in the restaurant near the poker machines was terrible. Had dinner there tonight on way to airport, it was no better. Breakfast in links restaurant was beautiful. Staff need some hospitality training, was once really nice but very poor now.
