Very disappointed with the food here.
The Lusaka was slimey and the chicken was Ike rubber.
The Chicken fried rice was dry and tasteless, having burnt rice was also a put off.
The Lemon and Pepper Chicken tasted like Salt only and I couldn't even swallow the meat.
As for the Chicken Wonton Soup, it taste like water with soup stock and the noodles were dry.
I would not recommend this place.

Worst cafe I’ve ever been to in the whole of Tassie. Customer service here was appalling. As soon as we walked through the door, we received no interaction or hospitality from the front service and waitress. She came and dumped our food on the table without saying anything, waived her down and completely ignored me by rolling her eyes, then only to stuff up our order.
Definitely recommend any place other then this Chikko cafe

Someone needs to sit the cook down and explain to them that cooking a mescalin salad is not an acceptable substitute for steamed spinach.

That's right, I ordered (and paid for) the eggs benedict. The menu clearly stated steamed spinach, eggs, bacon, hollandaise sauce etc (standard eggs Benedict). I was served a half decent eggs and bacon with cheap packet made hollandaise sauce and a pile of steamed salad on the side.

No one in their right mind would cook a salad and serve it to a paying customer as a substitute for steamed spinach with out at least consulting the customer first.

If management are unaware of this then they need to know, if they are aware of this then they need to know that this business will not stand the test of time if they believe that this is an acceptable way to treat paying customers as the business will simply lose all repeat business.

Did you guys seriously think I was going to eat that?

Wish I could give 0 stars for this place, but unfortunately it's not an option. The staff was so incredibly rude I was appalled, no manners or eye contact when conversing. Left here feeling very let down. DO NOT RECCOMEND (just to add the, food was nowhere near worth this disgusting service)

It was the worst food and service.
The pho I visited two years ago was delicious, but the pho I visited today was very terrible.
The staff were also very unfriendly.
I will NAVER visit again this place!: (

Food was delicious. Server was very rude. Clearly wanted to be elsewhere.
Had an "all day special combo" on the board outside but when we went to order it we were told it was no longer available.

Interesting mix of asian and white person food, i would visit again. I prefer more asian cuisine which explains my average score. Roti egg and bacon was excellent!

We ordered a laksa chicken noodle soup and ice latte. The laksa was okay, but definitely won’t order the coffee again. The ice latte is just the instant coffee adding with milk, doesn’t worth $6.5 at all, and taste too sweet. Very disappointed.
If you are craving for savoury, this is a nice choice. But sure need to re-think if you are after a coffee or a drink.

Look. I'm not gunna lie. This is a trusted quick lunch time place for me. I often don't get passed the beef pho. The coffee is pretty good too.

Toastie was dry but the other stir fry meal my partner had looked good.
Doesnt cater to much plain food.

•The place is pretty nice with lots of natural lighting.
•The staff are friendly and pleasant.
•Food is amazing no matter what dish you try.
•There is a tiny bar with many types of alcohol.
•Pricing is right

10/10

Tried 10 different dishes so far, the location is great, the food is "they will stop you from hungry" level.
I keep revisit the place by thinking"maybe I ordered the wrong thing last time", really hope they can use asian green leave kind of veggies instead of frozen veggies.

Felt like some Kway Teow tonight, dropped in here to try again, typically a hit and miss experience on closing times but they were open 5 minutes waiting but nobody interested in customers, 3 of us waited patiently and gave up, on a good note the feed next door at Live Eat was excellent

My family favourite with decent sized servings of authentic dishes available at Eastlands Shopping Center. Plenty of seating or takeaway optins too.

I went there with my daughter on Saturday (yesterday). My daughter had been there before and said the food was good.
Well! Not this time.
I had deep fried wontons, good deal: 10 for $10.
But the oil they had been fried in was obviously not fresh and they didn't taste good.
More concerning though: only one other table was occupied so good social distancing. But there were about 5-6 other free tables, and before sitting down I went to each table, but they were all dirty, everyone of them had food debris, crumbs. Nothing wiped down.
I asked the waitress if she could wipe our table down, she just gave it a very quick wipe, but left all the other tables. No one was sitting in them, I'd have thought it a good time to wipe them down.
Later a group of three came in, sat down at one of the tables I had gone to first, (it had crumbs all over it), I watched, they ordered, they were served but the table wasn't wiped down at all.
We ordered a Mint Soda, something I have had before at other Asian restaurants. This drink resembled nothing I have ever tasted before: it was bright green (presumerably resembling mint), and had a large solid lump of ice in the glass so that there was very little room for any liquid.
My first sip, I nearly brought it back up: it tasted just like very strong peppermint toothpaste
with a strong aftertaste resembling mouthwash.

I won't be going back.

Friendly staff but average Chinese/Viet cuisine at best. Beef Phó was most disappointing: a broth of warm water (seemingly) infused with an obvious artificial stock powder (not the robust aromatic soup it should be) layered with a miserly amount of chewy medium rare beef, overpowering raw brown onion slices and thick, gluggy rice noodles. A solid 1 out of ten would be a generous score. Top tip: if you're not of Vietnamese descent, and not absolutely confident in your epicurean prowess - stick to what you know, because masquerading as the real-deal will see you come unstuck.

Didn't know what to expect before stepping in here but the Vietnamese dishes are darn good and authentic.

Would give an extra star if the two waitresses try to smile even for a bit (they looked very tired though) :)

Food was fair priced and it tasted amazing and you got what you paid for I would definitely be visiting there again
