Typical micromanaging bad boss, feel sorry for the employees.
Handling food and cash (without washing hands), failing at both.

We had a delicious beef pho and hokkien noodles for lunch. The flavours were excellent and the veggies fresh and crunchy. Fast service, big portion sizes and comfy seating. Very peaceful atmosphere due to the natural light and soft music playing. Perfect spot for a hearty lunch!

Food was good but the staff were very rude and blunt, they don't know how to smile or bother to communicate, thy all gibber in their own language, and they drag and scrape their shoes. I would wonder why they are no longer busy. I will not go back and recommend to my friends.

Worst customer service. Lady at the counter who brought the order just put the food in the table without saying anything and left.

Never coming back again in here.

Friendly service when ordering but took a long time to deliver our small meals. Great prices.

No customer service. And food was terrible. Even hygiene was really bad. Dirty table and cutlery. They have to improve everything. Please DO NOT order minty soda. Amazing minty soda. Coke always best.

Customer service not great. There was no one there when I arrived and no menu was offered. Food arrived quickly though.

The Pho was tasty, but nothing like a really good Pho - broth was pretty tasteless and just salty water. There weren’t enough bean sprouts, and NO coriander, lemon, or mint. Nothing offered at table either.

Meat was great though, overall everything not bad. The place was clean and pleasant.

We have been coming here for years, but the last 3 or 4 times post renovations this place has been woeful. Food has become so average service unbelievably rude.

No napkins, tables always filthy, have to get up repeatedly to ask for cutlery, napkins, plates etc and then it is like pulling teeth.

Our chicken dumplings were undercooked, rice paper rolls were so dry needed water to get them down.
So bad in fact we were going to take them home for the dogs but were refused a tiny container unless we paid 50c for it.
I note if your getting the rolls to take away the container comes with them for the same price.

Can’t believe I kept returning to this place, thought it might just be a bad day or something but after multiple visits here with bellow average food, that’s not cheap and service, we’re done for good.

Do your self a favour and head up to the sushi train if you want a way higher quality food and service, in fact anywhere in rosny is better than this.

Grabbed a Vietnamese coleslaw take away for lunch today. Quality definitely not up to usual eat-in standard. Salad was soggy and the cucumber slimy. We usually can't fault the food, but this was a very sub standard offering today.

I was ordering beef special poo, the served it without bean sprouts, mint leave, Chili and lemon. Hmmm I’m big fans of pho. So if you just served me only the pho soup without all the stuff, of course I will ask about it. What the stuff answer if they don’t have the supplier for that so funny. And my husband do order Vietnamese coffee, he was not happy cause the taste just condensed milk not coffee at all. The banh mi is ok so so, the only we order and nice was chicken spring roll. Definitely not coming back. The stuff wasn’t friendly too

Loved the food, great portion, tasty asian dishes well priced. Clean and well presented. A good mix of menu options. Fast service. Will def be back.

Ordered the fried rice with beef & basil & garlic.
The lady that served didn't seem to want to be there.

Surprisingly did not get fried rice instead i got a bow beef and vegetable stew of some kind with a small bow of rice definitely not fried rice it was actually pretty good but still not what I was expecting or described on menu I give the food a 5 out of 10 but still I didn't get what I ordered so the way they have the menu setup needs to be improved or the staff needs to give out the right food

Always good coffee. Nice and hot and strong!

Delicious Asian flavours in the rice noodle stir fry dishes that I've had as well:)

We specifically told the staff in the counter to make a vegan Singapore noodle and we came home to see that the noodles have egg in it.just unhappy

Just awful, terrible service, very rude staff, Oily greasy and bland food left us feeling sick and the wine was old and tasted mouldy. We were treated like an inconvenience for the whole time.

Will never return.

The worst customer service I've ever had. So disappointed. No thank you, no eye contact and very rude attitude from the front of house female staff. If u come to work, please please show ur best attitude. Otherwise, you can stay at home if you don't want to work. Regret for giving this a chance.

No service and no interaction. We seems not welcome by staff. Food is average but never come again.

After read all of reviews of bad service this place I still gave them a try. And…. It was shocking.
Bad bad service, food only average. They don’t want your money so better go somewhere else.

Efficient fast service. Fresh food reasonably priced.
Ps charging for left over take away containers! Tacky.
