23Interesting venue; service a little slow for a quiet day, steak sandwich was tasty, draught beer served in a can when the brewery is not far away!
Was pretty happy with our schooner and a shared fish platter (one platter between two not-too-hungry) for lunch one Sunday. Taking our Veggie friends to try it. The cheese platters looked great. Website is terrible however because it gets confused with the parent shop at White Sands (east coast Tasmania) and today it is down completely (error 404). The beer is nice.
Had the beer before and was looking forward to showing some tourists the venue. 5 stars for the beer -3 for staff who fail to acknowledge customers. We're not standing at the bar to admire the craftsmanship, if you're busy making a ploughmans, or heading someone else- turn your head and say a quick "hey guys won't be a moment" or some such.
