Got stuck between meetings and decided to drop in here for a sneaky beer and a snack. Can’t remember what the beer was which is a shame, because it was really tasty. The sealer of the deal for the five star review was the snack though. Ordered a bit of squid for $16, and it was cooked perfectly. Not a single chewy piece, no elastic squid band snapping back in my face or choking me, just beautifully cooked food with some tasty aioli. Some cruisy acoustic tunes being played by a solo guy on a guitar, and a bunch of friendly staff. Highly recommended!

I had my birthday celebration in the loft part of Botanica. The atmosphere was great, and the staff were welcoming and attended to my needs quickly throughout the whole night. Perfect place for any sort of celebration:)

Came with a big group for a bottomless and they did not serve us for a long period and there was huge waits. Staff were rude when we asked what was taking so long

Great looking interior design, great vibe, nice music, not loud, lots of specials to choose from topped by $12 espresso martini. Good customer service - just what we needed for chill after half day at Mona museum

Hey guys, just wanted to leave a review after an unforgettable night after booking the upstairs for our engagement party. Isobel helped us organise and manage the event, incredibly lucky to have someone with such great organisation skills inside the business. Rah and Lucy attended the bar and were beyond friendly, their bubbly attitudes and exceptional service skills not only blended into our event but added even more to our celebration. If I was their manager I would be looking at anything I can do to keep these three! Cannot recommend the venue enough for great vibes and excellence in the staff. 6/5 stars

I went to Botanica for the 10am brunch for my 23rd birthday and it was fantastic! The staff were so nice and friendly.
It was easy to move around with my cane and the toilets were very accessible.

The food was great and the drinks were so freaking good!

Called in here for a Monday afternoon beverage, both my beer glass and my wife’s sparkling glass was dirty, the toilet floors were sticky and not clean, most likely from the previous weekend. Even the bar stools look like they have never been cleaned, sorry, filthy place in a spectacular location. We wont be returning. */*****

Thanks for the reply, glad you take the cleanliness of the restaurant seriously, please let me know when you have cleaned the bottom of the bar and table stools and glasses so we can enjoy a fine beverage at the clean Botanica bar.

Work function. We were advised an hour into Christmas function we had to move on for next party. Crowded inside, LOUD, stressful and expensive. Do not recommend. Keep looking.

Nice outdoor area that has great heating. Had a great group booking here. Costs more to pay from the QR codes on tables than at the bar. Also has pretty few vegetarian or vegan options.

If you like self-service using a barcode or ordering at the bar go for it.

I enjoy a little service when dining and it was not for me personally.

I just politely declined and left unimpressed even though the staff member was polite and cooperative. I felt a little sorry for her.

A little pretentious for a self-service venue and not on my return list with this concept of customer service.

I normally stay away from negative feedback, but I just dislike the customer service concept and I do not like the feel of the place for some reason.

I enjoy my Corn fritters. The live music was nice. Wasn't too noisy and social distancing is usually possible.

Took Mum here for her 50th for bottomless brunch, amazing food with perfect presentation and the world's best cocktails and mocktails! I asked for any mocktail the bar staff felt like making and each one was so unique and tasted beautiful! A huge thanks for Zara and Cooper for the glorious service! 100% recommend to anyone visiting or just exploring the local area.
