Lovely spacious clean room. Lots of storage and a good TV.
Shower was hot and ran well.
Breakfast was delicious!
Will visit again.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and the only downfall was that we didn’t stay longer. Huge apartment perfect for families!

Was here for work, it's a clean room. The curtain didn't fully close but reception came and fixed it. The room is a bit old looking and some lights were flickering when I tried to turn some on from the bed area. It was great they could double check to see if good was vegan or not - wish there were more vegan options. Really appreciate the receptionist making sure I had vegan options for their free breakfast before I even asked! Thanks!

Lovely renovated motel. Very clean and tidy. Would come again. Fare price with continental breakfast thrown in. Gotta lookout the wide and roomy car spaces outside your room.

We had the double and a single room. It was very clean, and well maintained. The swimming pool was very clean. They also had a guest laundry which is very helpful on a long trip. The room included a continental breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. We had dinner in the restaurant one night, it had a full bar and quite a good menu and the food was excellent.

Perfect place to stay with kids! Pool at motel, massive skate park, 2 playgrounds and a waterslide around the corner, it ticked all the boxes for us on our 3 day visit. Ken was fantastic and made our stay a breeze! Breakfast included in stay, Food made by Chef was delicious, we ate at the restaurant every night. The kids had a blast drawing on the butcher paper while we waited for tea. Thank you Ken, we will be back again.

Had accommodation booked for one night. Had to cancel 24hrs prior due to family members testing positive for Covid. Was able to rebook ferry and a weeks worth of accommodation at various places throughout Tassie except for this place who wouldn’t consider allowing us to rebook for another date. Charged full fee. Don’t stay there!

Booked last minute for a large group on a Friday night after another venue messed up our booking. Ken was very accomodating and delivered excellent service despite having another function room to service. Food was great as well!

The accommodation here is great, the room we had was refurbished, very clean, tidy and comfortable, we didn't eat at the restaurant, would definitely recommend

This was an extended family meal as part of our 90th birthday celebrations for my mother. Food was great, staff were friendly, helpful and handled a very raucous bunch of dinners with humour and patience.

We booked at the very last minute, after a horrible, horrible experience with an AirBnB which we left almost immediately. It was late, we were upset, tired and hungry after a long drive. Staff at the Beachway Motel and Restaurant were very kind and above and beyond helpful. I cannot thank them enough for their welcome. The rooms are pristine, well maintained, and the beds are very comfortable. The food is quite yummy (the salas was made fresh, chicken parmi and churros were very tasty), and the bar has some very good wines on offer. I was surprised at the cleanliness of the (heated) outdoor pool, and the extremely well maintained gardens. We had our dog with us, which was not a problem (they just charge a bit of an extra fee for cleaning). This is now one of our ports of call when we go North. Highly recommended.

Had a room for the night with wife and daughter while traveling. Friendly staff great service rooms are dated but very clean and well appointed, best of all quiet slept like a baby. Didn't visit the bar or restaurant sorry.

Kitchen blind very dirty so was the oven
A couple of curtains weren't hung up properly
Mattress appeared to be very old very uncomfortable
Lounge furniture dirty plus one seat you couldn't sit in as you were nearly on the floor.
We were booked in for 3 nights only stayed for 1 night asked about a refund on the 2 night we didn't stay we're not holding our breathe on that.
We definitely won't every stay or recommend anyone to stay at BEACH WAY ULVERSTONE TASMANIA

Stayed 5 nights, great room, comfortable and very clean. Loved the included continental breakfast. Staff outstanding.

The man in the kitchen is really friendly, the rooms were nice and clean and the pool is amazing. It is a great location and gardens are very well kept. I recommend this place.close to the ocean aswell. Beautiful

Requested salmon, ran out, second choice was prawns on spiced rice.not bad but did not enjoy the rice! Other patrons arrived who have obviously ordered take-aways.about 6 servings of salmon dishes!

Just check in, Human hair on pillows cases and bed linen, cockroaches everywhere…. I have to used my own pillow and linen! Serious Hygiene problems!

Don’t book here if you expect fair treatment for covid related cancellations. I called 30 hours prior to arrival to advice that I was awaiting a covid test after exposure the timing of which would prevent my travel but because I was inside their 48 hours they insisted on charging a cancellation fee. They did this despite advising me they were likely to be able to Re let the room which was the only larger apartment in their facility.

Really nice motel. Room was very clean. Beds were comfy. Shower was great! Toilet was a bit weird; the seat didn't fit the bowl well. Room was a *little* small, and only had one chair in a room that slept 3. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will happily stay here again, and recommend to others.
