Zest Cafe

Having tried the cafe across the road and been disappointed not to find anything vegan left in stock, came across to Zest who were enthusiastic to put something together for me and when it came it was delicious!

Very good service. The mist in outdoor area was terrific and the food was awesome. We ordered mango smoothie and Tropical crusher which were mega size and very yummy. Also, the Chicken Caesar salad was altered to replace chicken with tofu on our special request, it was the best Caesar salad I ever had. Will surely come again.

Very good and healthy food options, great for breakfast and quick bites. Great location.reasonable price.will definitely would visit on our every trip to Clare!

Ordered Zest big breaky and coffee and this morning and both were exceptionally awesome. Owner and team doing really good job:)

Excellent service and nice food. The staff are friendly and they were very accommodating to us even though we arrived late.

Terrible service, surly owner, vegetable juice was lukewarm celery, only, not as described, waited 15 minutes for a drink. Never again.

We were in Clare for brunch. Zest Cafe was the third one we tried as the other 2 were too busy and Zest the only one with tables. The menu looked good but we had to wait in line for 10 minutes to order. On ordering we were told there was a 40 minute wait for our meal. In fact it took 55 minutes for the food to arrive and when it did it was tasty but stone cold. We were disappointed thinking that if we were waiting that long at least it would be fresh, but it seemed it had been waiting for a while on the bench before being brought to us.
Yes, they were busy but they need to do better.
That being said everyone else seemed to be enjoying their meal and the vibe was good so maybe it was just us.

Please don’t serve rotten avocados to people. It is not ok. The rest of the brunch was barely edible too. I am sure samosas would have been great!

Delicious breakfast menu, with freshly brewed coffees served by a warm and friendly staff. I would highly recommend Zest cafe if you are visiting Clare Valley. Misty outdoor seating area has a comfortable ambience on a hot sunny day.

Was in Clare last week with family. This place is truly awesome and food was really delicious. I also ordered Oreo Frappe and Mixed fruit juice? Both the drinks were super refreshing. Love the way they are working.service with smiling faces and interaction with the kids are making them different. Surely will come back and this cafe is highly recommended.

Absolutely appallingly. Everyone wearing masks except the staff who wear masks on their chins while they go from table to table and serve food.plus no one asking to check in? I have spent alot of money here in the past. Never again. If you can't abide by public health rules then you deserve to be shut down

Very disappointed. Every time I have been here, I have gotten multiple hairs in my food. Unnecessary garnishes (huge flowers and leaves) I always get bugs on the plants as well in my food.

Was the coldest day this yr and raining. Front door was wide open and no heating, even the chairs were ice cold. No sugar on the table, my sister asked and a sachet was brought out to her but we weren't asked if we'd like any. Lovely coffee though.

Stopped here for quick snack and coffee as we travelled they Clare. Lovely spot. Nice coffee and friendly efficient staff

Came here after a poor experience at another cafe across the road and was very happy! Great big breakfast, very catering for people who need Gluten Free options and people with food allergies! Wonderful and friendly staff and food service was very quick. Also has gluten free lunch and cake options as well, would definitely come again. Large undercover outdoor eating area.

We had a group of 5. Each had a different meal. Each meal looked great and my yiros to tasted really good.
I'd be happy to go again.

Had a lunch here so good we ended up staying in Clare for an extra half a day just to have lunch here again! A hidden gem with some delicious food and cosy indoor and outdoor seating.
