26Loving the place, the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the place. It's great to be able to have the freedom to go anytime and feel comfortable and safe.
An amazing place to workout. The staff is friendly and chill, just what you want. And don't get me started on their qualities and characteristics. A lot of them are like pros. I recommend this gym.
Old equipments, average range of machines. Well staffed and friendly. Should be getting better equipments in price charged.
Location and parking are good, though.
Was supposed to get first 2weeks free but they charged me and my misso after 2 days.it dose not say that on the contract. Totally not happy about this.anf I'm sure that's a breach of the bat by them. I suggest avoiding zap and join up with a real gym, kinda funny they say I'm not on there data base but they calling my phone number the same time they replied to my review. Lol
Its really disappointing with the service and the staff of the gym. They misguided me alot first they misguided me when i join the gym. The staff said that the gym membership will be stopped on the spot when you cancel out you membership, but it still take another month to cancel it out.
Secondly, when i went to the gym to cancel my membership. Over there staff misguided me by saying that your membership is gona be cancelled and further no direct debit will be deducted from your card. But unfortunately it took another month to cancel and its still going on. By calling to the customer care they agree to refund me back. But i am still waiting.
I am strongly NOT recommended this gym.

Worst service ever my gym membership was cancelled but they still charged extra amount. Never make contract online through debit success their air is looting you end of day you will pay extra amount of money for end contract
Like so many gyms, when you end your membership with them there, seems to be an inability to stop direct debiting money out of your account. After a full year of being a member I chose to move on as my area changed, can't use gym, can't get in, but hey, they are still taking my money. Have been told twice now that it's sorted, but nope, it is not. I have now had to cancel my bank card after no response to email sent and face to face visits that still led to nothing being done. Such a hassle, not the first gym to behave in this manner. Not good enough. When I pay for something I expect a service delivered I also want the freedome to leave a gym for free. I have now paid for a couple of months for a gym I can't use. If I hadn't cancelled my card they would continue to charge me of that I have no doubt
Staff unattended all the time. Waited for more than 30mins for two days during staffed days and timing too. No one shows up at door. Terrible.
The fans dont work, and the air con is never on which it doesnt need to be cold just need some air circulation theres to many people in here and it stinks its a bloody sweat box and not good sweating just cause its gross in here
Great gym. Unfortunately the admin team let the business down with zero communication with regards to when the gym is closed
Zap has been providing the best gym facilities at a reasonable price. It is well equipped with equipments that are essential and properly maintained.
Everything you need for your workouts etc without being ridicuolouly over sized, which iw great. Numbers going are good, but never too busy so you have to wait for equipment
Its a great little gym with plenty of equipment but could do with better cleaning and maintenance
It has 90% of equipments that I need, and it doesn't get too crowded and that's enough for me! Cheap membership price
You won't everything you need for your daily workout but the membership fee is reasonable, friendly staff.
When joining be AWARE that they will continue to take money after you have cancelled your membership. They will scam for you as much as they can. The gym is very average to say the least
EDIT: I am not talking about the cancellation process, I'm talking about it taking over 2 WEEKS from the date of telling me my membership was cancelled to actually prossessing it. I was charged for your laziness. So glad I changed gyms
A great gym, the best Zap in the area due to its size and extra features like a push sled make it stand out to me. Also the staff and regular gym goers are really friendly!
I've been going to this gym for around a year and a half and I have not had any problems. Staff is always fantastic and friendly along with the people that attend this gym. It has almost everything you need and a huge space for cardio!
Great fitness space with the recent facelift, more power racks than before and a few new machines too. Much more open than before aswell, worth the visit
Staff are nice as pie when they’re trying to sign you up but completely useless when you want to cancel your membership.
The incompetent spud who accepted my cancellation couldn’t have been less interested and I can only assume he didn’t submit my cancellation as my bank account continued to be debited several times after my cancellation.
When I called the 1300 number to have the issue rectified I was instructed to call the branch, when I called the branch I was instructed to call back at another time when someone with some authority was in. After leaving several messages I gave up and called by bank to cancel the direct debit.
I put the lost money down as a lesson learned and forgot all about Zap fitness until here I am months later and I receive a text saying I owe you $90.
I’ve got news for you and it’s all bad. You owe me $418.60 and an apology.
