Burrito wasnt properly wrapped which is frustrating as you can’t eat well and cheese wansnt even visible in the burrito, extremely low quantity than other stores

I've been a regular customer, going multiple times a week for the past few months. On my last 2 visits, the same person served me. The first time she gave me half a teaspoon of sour cream so I asked for more. She proceeded to give me another quarter of a teaspoon. The sour cream was hardly visible and I couldn’t taste any. She then proceeded to charge an extra 50c. The next visit she gave me another slither of sour cream and I didn’t ask for any extra. It was the worst burrito I’ve had. She is the only person who gives so little sour cream and has been the only one to charge extra for a slither of sour cream. Next time I go I will be asking for someone else to serve me.

Edit: The sour cream is the best part and makes the burrito so tasty.

Unfortunately, the service provided to me at this Zambrero on Monday 30th of October was horrible. The young gentleman working there was unenthusiastic, quiet and obviously doesn't follow their standard Sequence of service. No upsell of drinks, corn chips or nothing.no bag or napkins either.

Food at Zambrero is always decent and the service is always friendly, however this place is absolutely filthy and there’s not many seats available.

Got the most perfectly made burrito by Alex, super charming and friendly. Goes way above his pay grade and genuinely cares about the customers he serves. Give the young man a pay rise, he’s carrying your business.

I ordered delivery to my hotel on a very busy night (7/3). Couldn’t pick it up due to circumstances. They were out of a couple of things but the girls working that night went above and beyond for me to make sure my meal was still enjoyable. I know fast food is not an easy job sometimes but I am very grateful for the service I received even through delivery!

The young man working was super friendly even dealing with the massive crowds from fringe season, massive props!

I go quite oftentimes. The quality is quite variable depending on who is making the burritos. When it's good it's really good though:)

Too busy processing online orders to bother serving the waiting customers in the line. Waiting for over halve hr, for what is quite a short line.

Customer service is ridiculous. I should be getting double guac on nachos with vege filling without any extra charge. But the attendant wanted to charge me extra for that. This is just ridiculous

Zambrero are always the perfect Mexican base food what even better not only the food is always amazing every meal you buy a meal goes towards the world hunger centre how amazing is that! The staff are always friendly and I couldn’t imagine anywhere else to go to for lunch!

This place is gross. Not Mexican, just garbage pretending to be. No flavor. Tiny portions, the bowl was 60% lettuce, but not even mad about portion size because it is tasteless. Chips and guacamole consists of about 12 halves of chips and 2 ounces of guacamole, both flavorless. We were desperate because most places closed early on Saturday, but it wasn’t even worth it.

Nachos are nowhere close to a burrito. And yet they made the substitution. Incredibly disappointed. Not what I wanted at all. Too dry and not very filling.

Will provided me with the best customer service in the history of Zambrero. Cheers and keep up the work.

Excellent experience being served by Chloe, Ella & Vic on Saturday night. Can attest to their attention to detail, upbeat attitudes & good humour. Large line was served in no time and our food was prepared perfectly!

Good, low Zambrero always is. But didn't have enough staff during the lunch rush, can cause delays

Good service. Lots of vegetarian options. My experience slightly tainted by some drunk ladies shouting in the store.

Beers on special for $5 = bonus

Great location and can eat out the back in small beer garden type area which is cool

Small nachos and other small snacks ranging from $4-$6 area waste of time (don’t bother)

Got the kids small nachos and they are not worth the $6 - contains maybe 5 chips and a minute amount of condiments - very poor value

Burritos look good but didn’t try

Decent quality burrito for a reasonable price, cheap beer and an outside area. What more can you ask?

We ordered Uber eats and my friend asked for them to “make it with passion” and they were so cute and put a heart on every burrito and wrote a note saying “hope you can taste the love we put in here”. It was so sweet and the burritos were so good and lovely!
