My partner and I ordered lamb and the pork nachos. Absolutely delicious. Staff were very welcoming.

The one burrito I did receive was cold and below average.
Ordered through uber eats first time trying zambrero probably won't ever again worst customer service I have ever had.

Recieved bag that had the tabs on it for delivery purposes felt light, opened it up and only had half my order. I was missing a whole meal aswell as condiments. Rung to sort the issue and was told it's an uber eats problem. Uber eats had delivered there service promptly and like I stated bag had been un opened tags still intact which means the food wasn't even put in the bag!

Absolute crock of $#! T couldn't even be bothered finding the missing bowl more interested in trying to explain the steps to get a refund through uber eats.

Even had the cheek to try get me to place another order if I want my burrito bowl horrendous service especially for a new store.

The team at Paralowie absolutely made my night with this cute message? Personalised customer service goes such a long way, you all do such a great job! By far my favourite Zambrero store! ️
