Zambrero Paralowie

Our food was tasty and the server was polite. Her almost waist length ponytail was hanging down and nearly brushed in the food whenever she leaned forward to access the pots containing the ingredients.
Sorry to complain but it's a bit of a pet hate of mine.

Always love having Zambrero right next to the grocery store. Can grab the essentials and then grab some great food.

Please teach your staff some customer service skills.

I get vegetarian burrito, partner gets IQ burrito. His has IQ written on it and both have black rice. I take some bites of mine, all good - until I bite into meat in the middle. Gross.

Amazing customer service aisha was so lovely.she makes some delitchious quesadillas.she’s also really funny

Stingy as. They hardly give any meat and when they say guacamole is $2 extra they don’t even give you a spoon full. Won’t be coming back.

Great food, filling portions that don't leave you feeling sluggish. Music could be a little quieter but I usually have headphones in anyway.

Disappointed - I ordered a regular burrito - 12$, I asked the staff of how many sauces can I get, they said 3. At the time of billing they charged me for extra sauce 3$ which was never mentioned. I ended paying extra Mon for what I didn't ask for. I asked her is it extra for sauce, she said, yes? There I go again after 30 minutes there is this other staff, I ordered again, I asked is it extra for sauces and she said no? I told her the above situation and she apologised, but what about money/ no refund was provided, be careful people

The young lady working tonight 15/6 had a really professional manner, was very articulate and explained the menu and options very well to us. A credit to the business! It's rate to see such amazing customer service so it's worth a 5 star review. Food was great as always

The food was soggy and they gave me so little for how much I pay compared to other Zambrero's, would not go again. I am so disappointed in this place. "Mexican food" no.this is the whitest food, whiter than a hotdog.

The staff members in this store were absolutely rude and disrespectful. I had walked into the store without a mask as I have an exemption where this young lady without even a greeting, aggressively yelled across the store whilst there was other customers in the dining room. I walked to the glass and explained to the lady who was a short lady with dark brown hair thick false lashes continued to rudely say how she refused to serve me as she was one of the only members on she turned away to the back.this was appalling.i now understand why I never see more than one customer an hour ordering food as every body there is so rude and disrespectful.i will not be returning at all this is disappointing as i do love zambreors.i hope you either change the attitude of your staff members or youse close because this was not acceptable.

Visited Zambrero Paralowie yesterday afternoon the young gentleman who served me was very polite, pleasant and quick. Great customer service!

Wouldn't even give one star if I could. Staff are so rude, refuse service to people who have mask exemptions. Discriminatory and not legal to refuse service for not wearing a mask let alone for not presenting it to teenagers. The food and culture used to be great at Zambies but this store is a true disappointment to Zambrero. I am so disgusted with the attitude that the staff carry, no wonder that the store isn't making enough money when the culture you set is appalling. While I used to order 3-4 times a week, spending over $16 every time, I will never return to this store- you have lost my loyalty.

Great customer service, staff are always super friendly and kind, food is amazing, store is always maintained and well presented. Personally I love the many options they have for vegetarian and vegan friendly choices. Personally great food and im always left feeling beyond satisfied:)

This zambrero is absolutely amazing i have have never had better customer service the friendly staff are amazing and always try to keep a conversation i have never really liked Mexican food before when i tried it for the first time i fell in love and keep coming back:)
