Its a little gem in the uni that unless you know it was there you wouldn't find it. Service was great.

Absolutely amazing always fresh food. Limited options but I consider that a plus because you know the ingredients have not been sitting around for days. Maybe slightly expensive for a uni restaurant but I have been through a few loyalty cards. Ask for corn chips on your burrito.

Only one server during busy lunch period. Serving size was small, server didn't even fill the predetermined cups with ingredients properly.

Great food and standard service. Unfortunately it is tucked away from the public and more there for the university students. Would go back.

Oh my lord. I went in around 8pm a few weeks back just to get 1 burrito for my partner. There was only one person working there and damn she was so slow! When I arrived there were 3 people in front of me in line. I waited 20 minutes! Hah what a joke. After waiting all that time for one burrito, when she made it she put such a small amount in there that when I gave it to my partner she thought I ordered a Chikito haha.

The young man that served us was fab. He created a nice combination of food that worked for my diet and he was really helpful.

Worst zambreros I've been to. The lady didnt seem to know, or maybe didnt care, about our order. She got mine completely wrong and instead of trezigo she gave me something that sent my mouth straight to hell. I can not handle spicy as I suffer from bad heartburn and it completely ruined the experience.she did remake it but it was quite sloppy and my companions had to ask for additional fillings as they are very stingy:/ wont be coming back to this one unfortunately.

World burrito day and only 2 staff rostered on when giving away a free burrito.line up was massive took 2 hours to get a burrito and by the time it was our turn they had no wraps defrosted so guess what another wait. Very disappointing. Been here 2 times had big waits and practically no staff both times.

Got a response from the owner but can't respond back. World burrito day you didn't prepare for but Golden grove and Elizabeth both had nearly double digits staff on.makes sense. But even when it's not burrito day service at Mawson lakes is extremely slow coming from 5 visits.

Would not recommend this store, worst attitude and customer service abilities. Went in yesterday to grab a fork, waited by the register to be acknowledged, she was serving another customer but even as she was waiting for the burrito bowls to heat up she failed to acknowledge me or interact with the one customer in the store, walked to the back and front and still still hadn't even locked eyes with me once; very strange to not acknowledge someone in front of you for 2-3 minutes, especially if you work in fast food. Finally as the customers left she greeted me with a "yea" and charged me 50 cents or the fork. I later realised there's not even a button on their screens to process the cost of the fork, meaning it should have been handed out for free. So not sure if she does this here and there and pockets the money, or if she chose to give me attitude because I didn't line up (even though there were no other customers).

The food has been good as usual. Visit this place almost every fortnight. However the guy working today was so stingy and charging extra $$ for anything i say him to add more. Have never seen him before at this location. First, I am never asked to pay extra for black rice at any locations I have visited and this guy charged me extra. To top that I mentioned it to him to replace the lettuce with more corn and he had same line on repeat mode, ‘there’s a little extra for it’. And cherry on the top the guy repeated the same thing and charged me third time extra for asking him to add a third sauce. So in all he charged me $3 more for something the lovely ladies who work at the place has never charged me. So just don’t understand who’s at fault here.

Convenient Location right on the University Campus. Quick service which is really useful when between classes.

Sent in an order for pick up. One was wrong but lady over phone wouldn’t listen or let me explain. Offered for a replacement to be made. Super inconvenient as we had already returned to work.
Bowls filled on the stingy side.

Ordered a "power burrito through Uber Eats and I must say, it was like the size of my thigh. No way I'm finishing it haha, but order was correct and tasted great!

I didnt feel it was as exciting as i was raved on to me about. I felt it was a little over priced for what it was.
