The staff who served us on 5th November 2023 at 8.45-9pm at Modbury Triangle was great. Great service makes this place click. Thanks to the team, we loved it.

I went to zambreros last night and was served by gabby.i had a pretty big order for her as i was picking up dinner for my family and instead of getting huffy like a lot of other people at other places, she was upbeat and positive the entire time.we had some very groovy chats and shared a few laughs too.the ordering process with her was smooth and extremely pleasant and she did her best to make sure the food was exactly how i wanted it.she’s also the only one who’s ever made my burrito the way i like it - with heaps and heaps of sauce! Gabby deserves a round of applause and congratulations for being such a kind and positive employee at zambies, and i hope that she serves me again the next time i visit

45+ minutes for 2 burritos on Uber eats? With the 'priority delivery' paid extra option. Not great. I would have just gotten food elsewhere.

There is a particular girl that doesn’t know what a “BIG” burrito is. I’ve had her serve me three times now, and each time she gives me a regular burrito, instead of the big burrito. If management read this, please ensure you inform your staff what the “BIG” burrito is.

Lowest rating just for the interaction from your Tuesday night staff. I don't think much more needs to be explained.

I used to come here all the time back the past two times have been horrible. Both times my food has been cold: (

Behaviour is not good so rude the guy was there normally there is girls they are very good but the guy so rude and charge me extra for avocado

Good food and very convenient for Uni students! Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately one of staff members is very rude, this person not only talks rudely to the customers but also to the co-workers. The few times I saw this person I noticed they seem to patronize the co-workers and talk quite rudely to customers who ask about the products. Luckily, I don't think they work often at this store.

This is a great Zambrero outlet nevertheless but I do think the issue needs to be addressed.

I come here often and usually the service is good. Today I was served and could have thought it was a competition on how fast she could make the burritos. Plonked on each ingredient in piles, so when eating you just get chunks of each ingredient. Lacking any customer service or interest in being there.

Dishonest staff who will lie to you rather than fix a mistake!

I ordered from here twice using Uber Eats, and both times this store has stuffed up the order. The first time they put chicken on two burritos rather than beef, then the second time they gave me a bowl rather than a burrito.

Normally when something like this happens at other stores a quick phone call fixes it, however for some reason the people at this store are incredibly dishonest. Both times they refused to fix their error and tried to blame Uber Eats for providing them an incorrect order, despite the delivered orders coming with a receipt that was printed AT THE STORE showing the correct order.

Avoid unless you want to have your orders stuffed up and then be lied to.

As you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff with a smile, so that is plus for me. Store clean and staff is very well trained, plenty of dining area for students and placed at a good location. The only down side is that the car park is not visible from the store, which made it hard to find as I'm not a student.

Twice now ordering online they have forgotten my vegetarian bowl condiments. It is only this store that seems to struggle with the notes that veg means extra rice salsa and guac etc. When I rang they suggested the order was swapped with someone elses, but I had asked for two odd combo sauces that I like and doubt someone else would have asked that.just an apology and honesty is fine. I submitted a refund though and it was approved so I appreciate that. Will order again and maybe leave a note for them!

Total waste of money. The veggies inside burrito were old and hard. I am not going to order again from your place.

Whoever is working at Mawson lakes this afternoon deserves a medal. Most lovely customer service, followed by the best burrito bowl I’ve ever had. And I’m a regular. Perfect amount of fillings.

I've had borito with my friend in first time and rice was very hard and no cook enough so rice was like raw test

Great little store, had the best burrito from Zambrero I’ve had here. The guy who worked Saturday night was super sweet and accommodating to me and gave great recommendations. Will definitely be returning

Very hard to find, it's within the Uni building behind security office and the transport room worth the hunt though, very nice food and very friendly staff member on tonight near closing will be back:)

Went there on saturday night to get a burrito, said hello to the worker and he didn’t say a word.very rude service, wouldn’t do it again.

Friendly staff, food was well made, never haver trouble with this joint, however lunchtime gets pretty packed

Fairly healthy food which is suitable to all dietary requirements. Very hygienic with handling fresh produce.
