Zambrero Hindley Street

Just ordered from here via ubereats.spent over $18 on a burrito that arrived smaller than the small bowl that was also included in the order. Seems like the size of the burritos have at least halved and the prices have increased.sigh

It amazes me how they make a bowl of vegetables taste so incredibly unhealthy and sickening. Such a strong sodium/vinegar taste I genuinely want to eat cake right now for something not so heavy lmao. Calling this disgusting is a little much but honestly not too far off. Wish I went to pancake kitchen for a healthier meal (not kidding I would feel less sick rn)

Pulled work was way too chunky and contained too much fat. Decent customer service though.

Seemingly understaffed. Food took ages to make compared to other Zambrero stores and the person making the first burrito took so long that he forgot to ask what the second person wanted. His only other co-worker proceeded to walk straight past us (once finally finished) and serve the next person so we gave up and only ordered the one burrito in the end. Whoever was making it barely managed to roll it and ended up wrapping a crushed mess in 2 sheets of foil to try and contain it. Food tasted ok but won't ever be going back to this particular store. Would recommend the McDonalds next door instead if you want junk food in under 20mins:/

Emily was so amazing. She was so accomodating and really took care of me when I said I wanted more lime. Emily is so great and is an amazing worker.

I normally get my burrito 'fix' from Zambrero. The burritos are always flavourful with just the right amount of heat. Overall, highly recommended to tex mex aficionados.

Food was great, staff were friendly. Even though security made us put our heels back on, it was for our safety.

Scant on fillings and sometimes they dont have cutlery/shot glasses.customers avoid arguing as no one wants to create a scene and thats ehat helps them. Other reason is close proximity to clubs

Being at Scape Bank Street, this is my go to place to eat when I'm too lazy to cook something up. Mostly do takeaways.

Pros:
Perfect location. Tasty Mexican food. Fresh fresh food. I would rate it better than the Goz Brothers. Amount is filling. Good ambience with music. Staffs are agile and cordial. Good value for money.

I waited 40 minutes because I was KEEN for a burrito and was told they’re understaffed so would be a bit of a wait which is fine, it happens! Chilled out with the absolute legend of a security guard and was then served by an absolute gem of a bloke (with brown hair and glasses roughly 5’7) and was the sweetest person ever. Love this place, love these people, love the overall experience. YEAH THE ZAMBREROS <3

The guy who served me was really good today (6/9/2022). Just giving one star bcz i confirm about jalapeños and he said he is sure he put it but there is no jalapeños and i like it only with jalapeños
That was disappointing

It might have just been the burrito I ordered but I did not like it at all. The flavor profile included pumpkin seeds in the sauce, which is not like the Mexican food I'm used to. The chicken was also not a good flavor. The place was clean and the staff was nice though.

Went in today to grab a burrito and the guy working today was really helpful and recommended me to get the Power burrito since I was looking for a bigger burrito, super cool staff here 10/10

Hello Luke at Hindley street was helpful and checked for all the diabetic options and even checked the sugar amount in the sauces. I highly recommend going to Zambreros and giving a Luke an extra tip.

The staff here are always friendly and make a great burrito, definitely my favourite zambreros outlet ️

Great burritos, great customization options, a tad expensive but well worth the price. Highly recommend the basilo sauce!

The best mexican I know! Reasonably priced, very filling especially the bowls and the chipotle sauce is delicious.

Mexican lunch on a budget AND with a conscience doesn't get any better. Fresh flavours, huge selection, friendly staff. All while you're helping out those most in need. Go there. Lots!
