Zambrero Golden Grove

This place can really but hit and miss. The regular staff know what they're doing and make a proper meal. Some of the new staff have no clue and try and put the least amount of toppings on as possible. I'm not paying nearly $15 for some chips with less than a teaspoon of guacamole and sour cream and a literal 'sprinkle' of toppings. They really need to lift their game!

I generally don’t put reviews but this time i really have to.if you want to have the most tasteless and ingredient less burrito then you should definitely visit this zambrero store.most of the time they dont have ingredients such as guacamole and even sauces.there was a time when they didnt have onion and rice can you believe that and on the top of that customer service.last night i ordered a burrito and there was this girl serving me first of all i was deciding and looking at the menu but she was in so rush that she started making a burrito with me without even asking for a size. After that she started putting stuff but i noticed she didn’t put guacamole in that and she didnt even mentioned to me then i asked her did you put guacamole in that and then she said they dont have much and she pretended that she put some in there but there was none in my meal. After that it was time for sauce and they didnt have any sauce with them quiet usual.she squeezed a little bit out of it and thats all.they just dont bother to refill their stuff.and let me tell you it was one of the most incredibly tasteless burrito i have ever had.and when it comes to charge you they will do there best even if they dont have any ingredients.your staff really need to brush up their customer service skill. Not a good experience at all.

I love this place it's so healthy and the foods, salads are beautifully presented. The food smells so yummy and I always look forward to coming back. The staff are so lovely and helpful and I appreciate their honest communication. I love that everytime I purchase a regular meal that someone in need gets a meal donated. I feel that I'm doing a good thing by choosing Zambrero. I feel great after a fantastic meal and happy that my contributions are supporting doing good in this world. Keep it up everyone your doing fantastic!

Always great food, and always a friendly service person to serve you, it's just normally abit of a wait as it's in a food court, but it's worth it

I was served by this really nice young man. There was this other girl who provided very good service and were very friendly and helpful. They were also funny.

Bloody fantastic, ️ it. Often go there with my son. Huge range/varieties of schnitzels and food, lovely coffee with great friendly helpful staff. Prompt service, pay as you leave. Wonderful atmosphere, great for couples or family groups. My son and I go there often, yummy, you should try the experience and you will not be disappointed. Enjoy, bon appetit

Golden Grove shopping Centre I have limited foods that I can eat & they really helped me with that. The Chicken Snitz was so tender & the vegetables they did for me were cooked perfectly.

Love being served by Shea, Brendan, Lily, Isabella, Isobel, Jorja and Brooke.
Super friendly and really take the time to make your day.
Definitely recommend, for some friendly service and delicious food.

Several times I have ordered vegan option for the burrito and nachos and received items (delivered) smothered in sour cream and cheese. I even add additional instructions specifically saying VEGAN option. Modbury store is great never an issue; golden grove staff cannot follow simple instructions.

Put in a huge order for work via UBER, but forgot to add an extra meal. Called the store and the lady was very lovely and added the extra meal in for us. Disaster adverted! Thankyou! The food was great too, best Zambrero's we have had.
Edit. I forgot to double check i had every ones order before I put the order through. So it was my fault someone wasn't going to get their lunch

I tried ordering twice on menu log and got rejected twice. I got an email from menu log stating that restaurants reject orders sometimes due to being busy. I ordered from another place and it went through perfect as there was no rejection.

Golden Grove Zambreros store is the best! Always fresh and the staff know how to make burritos well. Lots of filling and sauces, they don't skimp unlike some other stores!

Our meals were lovely but we had to wait over an hour! Children were restless & we felt it was way too long considering most of the food was deep fried!

Good place, good staff, buritos a bit small for what I paid but it's ok y'all gotta profit somehow I guess

Personally haven't had anything from here but from what others have said, it's a great place if you want a burrito. Staff is great here and I always love walking past

Friendly helpful staff. Fresh healthy ingredients. Burritos were tasty and very filling, nachos delicious. Plus they contribute to fighting world hunger. Highly recommended.
