Really disgusted after waiting for almost 50 min for my food to arrive which is NOT Zambreros fault I opened my tacos and a fly was locked in with my with food will not be ordering from them again

Our first visit to a zambero store today, our food was delicious and what stands out the most was the absolute EXCELLENT service from the male employee with the red beard. Thankyou!

Definitely not good value food but its of good quality and healthier than other options. If your hungry order 2 of whatever your thinking though.

Ordered a lamb burrito with the lot. They whisked it away out the back and brought me back "my order". Drove home to find I had literally the most boring chicken burrito ever. Rang the store. Got told to come back before close- they would remake my order FOR FREE and give me a free brownie.
So I went back. Took the burrito with me. Girl said she remembered making my order (EXTRA EXTRA jalepenos). Made pay for my order AGAIN and didn't get my brownie.
WILL NOT COME BACK.

Paid full price for a power bowl without cauliflower as there was no alternative due to running out of it. So really a bowl of not much. A bit of extra advacado and beans. Told that was free. Won't be going back there again.

My partner and I went in for our dinner this evening and decided to splurge and get two vegetarian power burritos and treat ourselves.how wrong we were.

Firstly during this whole experience there was a partially made burrito just sitting out In the open on the bench. This should have been our first warning of a bad experience.

I'd also like to preface with an anxiety disorder, eating out is a rare treat.

The girl asked us twice what meat we wanted, we said very clearly Vegetarian, one burrito got 2 scoops of rice, the second got barely 1 and a half.

Then when it came to the " extras" we got sour cream, cheese and our " free" guac for having a vegetarian meal, the first burrito got a nice portion of guac, the second one was half a tea spoons worth. She then started piling the salads on without asking us first what we wanted, when it came to the sauces, she pushed the Chipotle sauce on us and upon further inspection it happened to be the one that was most full.

Remember that open burrito from before? Still sitting there.

She then asked if we wanted anything else today to which we answered one brownie please, to which we had to reach over and grab ourselves for her to remember.

She charged us $4 extra for the guac and $4 extra for the sour cream and cheese. Making our total $42!

She then only stamped our loyalty card once, and left our food so far over the counter I had to stretch to reach it because she had completely walked away. I was not offered a receipt, and had no chance to get one.something I always ask for.

The burritos were wrapped so poorly I needed to lay it out flat and eat it piece by piece because it fell apart. The sauce was all down one end.and not to mention the size comparison was completely off. There was not 50% more fillings, it was the size of their small burritos.

Seriously disappointed. This place hasn't been this bad ever, but tonight was completely sub par.

Great service and very generous on the fillings, much better than other Zambreros we've been to. Will definitely be back!

Firstly, thank you for being open on a public holiday, secondly for your patience and assistance with explaining the options to 3 notices and thirdly for the fresh nutritious food available

Had to get two burritos, had to repeat the order 3-4 times, I asked to get the vegetarian to be wrapped separately (clearly because of my friend’s dietary requirement) I was shown attitude and she asked me why? ! And correct guess she wrapped them wrong and we end up with the wrong food. Total unwillingness to provide basic service.

Very good Food however, container is quite small when you look at price. You are quite mean Zambrero, look at Guzman Y Gomez.

Went back to Elizabeth store for what I thought was going to be another amazing burrito! The person that served me was stingy on the filling and when I was eating it found 2 large what I think are cauliflower stalks! I showed it to another person behind the counter who didn't know what it was! He offered to make me another one but I declined as I had eaten enough! I told him to also tell the girl who served me that she is stingy on the fillings. He went back of house and spoke with her and as I was sitting where I could see them! They all started laughing, very much at my expense! Disgusting behaviour from your staff!

Doesn't even ask if I want guac on my vegetarian burrito, but asked if I wanted cauliflower for free.those two things aren't even the same thing.

It's like asking if want beef with my chicken.

I swear all zambrero franchises get completely different training because my orders are never consistently the same. Sometimes I get guac with my vegetarian, sometimes I don't get any. You really never know with these poorly trained people.

Unfortunately I have to leave this review. I ordered a chicken bowl tonight and my wife cannot eat it as it has chilli through out. Either the staff member did not listen when I asked for Trezigo sauce or they had handled chilli before making this meal and I live too far away to just simply take it back. Very disappointed.

Terrible service. It's a second time they charged me with an extra $2 in a burritos without telling me. Won't come here again.

I've never had a problem with the service or food from here but my girlfriend is some what of a Zambies professional and she had a complaint or two so ¯_ (ツ) _/¯

I have completed the 9 meals and got one for free. When i ordered the bowl which was mentioned on the card. The worker over still want to charge me for it. Awful experience.

Expensive, messy, soggy and not much meat. Won't be going back, the food has gone downhill. Much better meals available for $14.

Here the food and customer service is amazing we were four of us had three veggie nachos and one with chicken the food was super delicious and served with full of love that made my day.

Ordered a burrito from here and was severely disappointed at just how little was put onto the burrito. I was given maybe a quarter the amount of cheese thats normally put on, and when I asked for some more I was charged for "double" cheese. Likewise with the salsas that were put on, they left much to be desired, and I'd be lucky if they even covered the other fillings.

Doesn't matter where the location is, zambreros always delivers great service and great food, as well as a really ethical business model.
