I am amending my review as I have since tried the burritos which are delicious. I recommend the big toasted burrito. The filling barely fits in and is amazing.

Over all great experience. Just avoid going in lunch time. Quality goes low when it's busy.

The food here is always good and the service is excellent. The staff are always polite and attentive, which is great as you can't say that about every fast food place that's for sure.

1 tiny piece of meat in my burrito the size of a 50 cent coin. Absolutely disgusting value for money. I actually rang them to ask if they forgot the meat.
Never going back there again, we certainly do a better job making them at home.

Used to like zambreros. Was my partner and my semi regular Wednesday night dinner. Then they changed the menu and hiked the prices. Quality can be hit and miss, last time was a miss, all stuck to the containers and no filling while paying more for the meal. Time to try GyG for my mexican fast food needs

Love this Zambrero's, food's consistently delicious. Highly recommend the nachos with beef & salsa.
Service in drive-thru's getting faster which is a bonus.

We were just served by Erin. This 5 rating is for her service which was exceptional. Friendly, cheerful, informative and just kind. The food was also good.

The staff at the drive through are incompetent.

I said multiple times "no beans" and they stupidly still put beans on it.

I visit zambrero Elizabeth recently and the staff name lockey, I am not sure the spelling of his name. He is really nice staff member, he greet all the customers very nicely and with smiling face and ask about the order very politely. All other staff members are also very nice and greet customers very well. 5 starts for your service mate.

The staff and the food are amazing. The building itself is a bit meh, but it was previously a red rooster so that explains it.

I visited this fine Mexican establishment sometime during the winter of '22.

What a Winter it had been, one for the annals that be true, anyway, it was on that day, a Wednesday I believe, that I pushed open the doors of said establishment in hopes to seek shelter from the relentless downpour of skymilk and at the same time indulge in some pinto bean paste and lettuce slivers.
As I approached the counter to make my scanty food request it dawned on me, "oh my" I remarked internally, "how inconsiderate of me to enter such a dry and inviting restaurant in my current state", being that, I was soaking wet. I suddenly had an idea, this surprised me as I don't usually experience ideas of my own, usually any type of idea or creative thoughts were cast down at me by my poor uncle or
frail aunt in a small plastic bucket, or at very least I would overhear them through the small cracks in the walls. Needless to say I seised my newly thought up idea and ran with it. In a fit of nervous excitmenti rushed the counter, startling the Zambrero employee. The man child was not of Mexican decent which scared me but I persevered and shot forth my idea directly at him.
"Sir" said I, "may I please trouble you for some towels or napkin for my wetness"
The non mexican man boy looked at me for a second and smiled.
"Well" said he "we have no towels and are fresh out of napkins but you can buy some tortillas and use them to dry your handsome face and stylish hands and feet"

I feel to my knees I gratitude never had I been so happy. I clutched at his Zambrero brand tshirt and and pulled him in for a bro embrace.
This undoubtedly made him nervous and he asked calmly but firmly to release him.
"Can you release me" he said
"Mexican i? " I replied
"Mexican? I repeated
"Mexican? ". "no, I most certainly mexicannot"

Everytime I come here they always seem to put the wrong meat and salsa on the burrito and always label the product wrong

Would not come back to this Zambrero, waited 25 minutes in the drive through with awful customer service, and a burrito that was not that good. Was not very professional at all and I’m very dissatisfied with what I received. My friend was behind me with an online order and also waited 25 minutes for food that had been sitting there for ages, and presented with no care and just slapped on.

Ordered a burrito from here tonight and I just wanted to say that Ruby (I believe her name was?) was awesome and had her job down pat. Concise, friendly and repeated your order for you to ensure it was correct. If she’s not already, make her a manager or give her a raise.

Very good food, lots of flavours and variety. Plenty of choices. Drive thru and dine in is made simple. Very lovely staff members. Will be returning.

I came in on thursday night and to start off the service was great and the girl serving me was lovely. This was until another worker walked in and yelled and then I hear someone else yelling from the back. I felt this was very unprofessional as it shocked and scared me a bit to be honest. Overall good experience other than the agressive yelling!

Hubby and I went in tonight, we were served straight away but when asking to have rice as a substitute instead of meat on the quesadilla they didn’t know what to do!
They got another worker who was really rude and short and made me feel horrible for asking for it when I always do.
I won’t be going to Elizabeth again. Very Sad

100/10 service.ordered delivery and asked them to draw a cat on my box and they did! Whoever drew it is amazing! I will definitely order from here again:)
