I had Deanne serve me, and she was absolutely wonderful, the nicest girl I have ever had serve me. Good quality burritos, and wonderful customer service. 10/10 would recommend

This was the 2nd time i have been to collect my food. Both times i was told that i would not be served without my bag. I had to ask them to repeat that statement to which they did. I then told the assistant that i was not collecting uber eats, i was simply collecting my own meal. Disappointing to assume i was a driver due to my ethnicity!

The Worst zambraro bowl got in my life from Blair Athol store. I ordered vegetarian power bowl from drive through and told them to put all kind of beans but when I opened, I found only rice and lettuce with little sauce on top of it. Guys how can you eat rice with lettuce. Think before selling your food. This is my first and last visit to your store.

Asked for a 2 vegetarian nachos and 1 chicken nachos no vegetables in vegetarian nachos this is the second time it’s seems like a left over mixed and gave me the last order of the night it’s seems like a dog food.

Staff are generally lovely, and the drive-through is extremely convenient, but the servings here are consistently noticeably smaller than at other locations (an impressive achievement when using standardised serving scoops), and the tortillas and ingredients are frequently less than fresh.

Lost points as one of the staff was really rude as I was leaving. The food was ok, but could have been warmer. Probably wouldn't go there again due to the rudeness of one girl, which is a shame really because the other two staff were nice.

Went there for lunch yesterday, poor customer service is still a Decent feedback for the young lass with spectacles wearing the COVID Marshall badge, food is meagre in portions, no wonder this store sees no customers, please don’t ask me to send seperate emails

Really great experience each time:) Staff are really friendly and kind. Burritos are always really delicious with fresh ingredients and good portion sizes. It's a pretty quiet store so there is often no wait.

Fast service! They didn't stuff up anything (unlike Elizabeth Zambreros) food was fresh and handed over in record time!

Zambrero's at Blair Athol is a bit hit and miss. I'd recommend asking the manager to make your burrito as the other staff sometimes do a sloppy job. I feel like Zambrero's should be a cut above the rest, I personally consider them a restaurant rather than a fast food outlet. The pity is sometimes the staff are giving off a Macca's vibe. And I don't go to Macca's. See you again soon Shaun. 7/10

Usually a quick trip through the drive-thru. Food is always yummy and made on the spot for you when you order.

Really bad experience with Blair Athol Zambrero few weeks ago drive in, I ordered small Nachos and reg. Taco. They served half of amount of potion and all with dead brown lettuce and hardly with anything on.
When I went back girl's on service start laughing and rolling their eyes. Good on you guys. Salute to your trainer and Manger.
