Zambrero

Very poor service they don’t have manners how to talk. I got half food in a full serve and paid whole amount of it. Won’t come here again.

This has to be the worst Zambrero ever! I live close to this one so they are convient but I would say 50% of the time my order is wrong, and the moments they get it right it's far from amazing.

My most recent experience, I didn't even order because they had run out of GF tortillas.

If you're hungry, make the effort to drive to GYG instead!

Foods good very messy they just slop it on and when i asked for extra of things she was almost trying to talk me out of it because it costs extra i said i dont mind what it cost i just want it on there then next thing i asked for same thing tries talking me out of it. Taco was hard to eat because most of the toppings she threw on it landed in the bowl instead of the taco so i had to put it all in there myself

Ordered via Ubereats, restaurant cancelled the order. I drove 3 minutes to restaurant and placed exact same order. Took 2 minutes to be spoken to in drive thru, another 8 mins to receive food. No customers visible inside, no other cars in drive thru before or after me. Food was good, guac was put on Nachos instead of in Bowl though

Absolutely horrific experience. Simply asked about the kids meal. Girls serving at the front were visibly not happy explaining anything instead very rudely started serving other customers leaving our order in the middle. Some other guy came out and was very apologetic and finished our order. When i asked for a manager no one was available to talk. Both the girls went inside and was hiding at the back.

This happened on
25.08.23 friday at 8 20pm.

Food was very low quality and not upto the standard.

Never ever going back to the
Zambrero situated at blair athol.

Won't recommend anyone.

Pooor Customer service.

Fillings arent given as advertised and some staff members have confusion anout it.please make it clear to customers on your boards about this. Unfortunately although I like the ingredients of Zambrero, the sassy attitude of staff is a big turn off.

Moreover I would recall when I was a driver I was once rudely refused food on not bringing bag, despite not mentioning it anywhere. I see now they have boards of it. Such apalling treatment of people may cost you.

Always great service and well made food. The staff are extremely accommodating with all vegan orders.

Hit & miss Burritos. Sometimes the onion tastes very funny and service can be slow as occasionally there's only one person working and doing both the drive through orders as well as the in-store orders.

The food was very very good. With the atmosphere i felt like the staff in there was not happy to work or something. They were angry or something but we were in good mood so nobody said nothing. They should show some respect to the customers.
Recommended nachos with chicken and cheese taste so good.

Avoid, Avoid.
Store has gone downhill. Service is slow, food has become substandard, Portions sizes have reduced. Didn't receive half the stuff that was ordered in a bowl last order. Store called "oh we run out of salsa" no offer of remuneration. Order should not have been taken if you can not forfill it. Funny how you still took the money of what a complete serving cost. Not an isolated incident either!

We tried to dine in but the three servers behind the counter ignored us for the sake of drive through and online customers. No one bothered to greet us as we waited. After a few minutes of being completed ignored, we left without buying anything. Don’t bother.

1. Quiet until a male employee arrived and blasted music until I couldn't hear our conversation, very selfish/rude.
2. Staff please remember to wipe tables, even though your large and obvious bins encourage diners to clear away all evidence of patronage, occasionally do a walk around.

There was a chunk of sharp bone in my chicken burrito today 11/01/23 and it hurt when I bit into it: (

Just went here and had ti repeat my order at least 5 times to the lady working, that didnt bother me. What did bother me was her getting it completely wrong when we actually got it. Never coming here again, terrible service.
Would advise everyone to pick another zambrero or go to GYG just down the road

Have been there today.absolutely wonderful place.it's a Joy to dine here, met with a wonderful wonderful Ms Maya at service.so helpful and professional, so much pleasing.hope she becomes a manager too soon. Thanks to everyone at the restaurant chain and all the people working behind the scenes you all deserve equal commendation.so delicious food and there is no better place to dine

Had a really bad experience today at Zambrero where I ordered a small nachos and box was half empty (which I noticed, has already been pointed out by many other customers). Moreover, last time I visited I asked the staff to put proper amount of verde as they didn’t the other time I went over and they charged me extra for just putting the obvious amount. Three visits and all three were disappointing.

Excellent customer service and really clean. Absolutely fantastic. Really need to bring back the spicy chicken tho.

Need more staff at this Zambero venue. We had one staff member taking drive through orders and also had a small line up inside the store but it took a long time to take our orders. Unsure if other staff were on their breaks but the wait time was exhausting and we feel terrible for the staff member that had to serve so many people on her own. Food is great and always consistent in quality though however.

Had a lovely experience at the Blair Athol store!
The girls there were lovely and greeted me with a smile and all were very polite.
And the food was amazing!

I never leave reviews but I was here last Saturday in the drive through and the girl that served us seemed very stressed out because they were so busy and there was only two staff members. She looked like she wanted to cry: (Just wanted to say she was doing great and still gave us great customer service despite being stressed out and short staffed! Xxx
