Woodville Hotel

Staff are lovely, food wasn’t good. Don’t order the crispy chicken with creamy mushroom sauce. Is just the mushroom gravy. They tried to fix it but made it even worse.
Friends snitty was awesome, vegs were also good.
Will come again just order different.

Tuesday nights is two for one schnitzel. We love the hotel here. Staff are lovely and care. They appreciate kind words as they deal with issues regularly from complaining customers. It's always busy.and that is a testament to many of the staff who have been there for some time I'm sure of it. Some nice dishes. Nicer than some other hotels around the area.

My wife and I went to the Woodville hotel. First time going there after hearing only good things. We were not disappointed. The food was great, service was fast and served with a smile. We were lucky enough to have daisy helping us for the night. Will definitely be back!

Stone grill is fantastic! Highly recommend. Steak is kept warm and doesn’t cook too quickly or slowly - just the perfect amount of time. Sirloin was nice and tender and garlic butter delicious.

Had my sister in laws 60th there very cold night but didn't spoil it for her, the fire wasn't lit until quite a few people asked, none of the gas fires were working but beautiful place the outdoor area is amazing very nice, hopefully will be able to get back there sometime in the better weather and enjoy it more really good service from bar waitress and waiter.

Tuesday nights are 2 for 1 schnitty nights so it gets busy. Food came quickly and was good, definitely not the best schnitzel but good for the price. (On a Tuesday)

My mate and I were placed on a bit of an out-of-the-way table near the stairs, but unless you like looking at cars go up and down Port Road then the views out of the windows aren’t much chop anyway. However the food is great. We had a stone grill, cooking our own beef at the table to just the way we like it. It’s fun and tastes great. The staff were friendly and eager to help. We’ll worth a try if you’re looking for a good pub meal.

I had the GF Salt and Pepper squid 3.12.21 it was the best I’ve had by far anywhere in SA so far, highly recommend - thank you for the enjoyable meal

Lunch deals are awesome, good size and delicious meals, reasonable price. Nice and friendly staff.

Quite busy, the food was ok, expected a little bit more, had to wait a little bit for our meals. Would give them a go again.

Fresh water barramundi / fish and chips average. Good old shark better served in batter or crumbs

Great ambience, friendly staff and fabulous vegan option. I really enjoyed the crispy eggplant with the vegetable stack. Delicious.

I've had the top side their 3 times and it was great but yesterday lunch I sent half of it back because it was full of gristle and cartilage. (Obviously it was the end cut of the top side which shouldn't be used, because I used to be a butcher)

Great food, good service, lovely atmosphere. Only downside is it gets a bit noisy.
Partner loves the steak on the hot stone, parmi and seafood is great!

Birthday celebration and all the food was on point except some of the beef schnitzel crumb was under cooked

Booking for 3 turn into booking for 2
Stuck in cold corner next to stairwell where extra chairs kept plus shortcut to pokies.
There were other tables we could have been moved to.
Meals were reasonable premade beef schnitzel. The salad was dry limp and small serve.
Prices were ok for standard pub meals.
Service was good

Very disappointing, came in for a couple of drinks with mates at 9pm. Bought a round. Last drinks called soon after, so bought another round. At 9: 30 we were told the bar was closed and we had to move to gaming. In gaming bar no seats at all unless on a pokie. They directed us to a smoking area outside. Not even enough seats for 4 as there was only 4 chairs and others were being used by smokers, which I had to endure.

Highly recommended, great food nice atmosphere and reasonable drinks prices.
Worth a visit.

Rocked up on a Thursday night, no booking, after a quick polite discussion about the importance of booking, they found us a table. Service was exceptional, Food was amazing. Definitely worth a visit.
