Huge improvement with your reception staff! Great work guys. Vibes are so much better here than they use to be!:)

The receptionists are not polite and come out to be very rude. The doctors are really nice though. Been there for 2 appointments now and the experience was the same. Not sure whether I'll be returning.

Been coming here for years as all of the doctors and nurses are lovely especially Rhiannon the dietatin.

I must agree with the other people about the receptionists. Some of them are very rude and arogant.

I am a long time patient of Dr Mark’s and am very impressed with his patient care. However, the reception staff at this clinic are 9 times out of 10 incredibly rude. Particularly today when I rang to enquire about having a prescription faxed to my local chemist because I had run out. She laughed at me over the phone and said she didn’t even need to ask the doctor because she knows what he would say. (Pure laziness really). I work in the medical industry and know that asking the patients doctor is always an option even if you know they will say no. Now I’m forced to see another GP at another clinic because I cannot get to see Dr Mark until Wednesday and am in desperate need of my medication.

Excellent care from both Drs and practice nurses.
Good follow up for chronic health illnesses.

Been going here for years. Staff are great and service is excellent. Never had a problem and always had prompt service.

Had skin cancer cut out and stitch ed up. OK. Had stitches removed ambos came out that night off to hospital work up in a pool of blood no one could stop bleeding.thanks Dr jo.

Everything went very well, even though we were late for our appointment. Great service from nurse and doctor
