Windsor Village Medical Centre reviews
30Large and well appointed medical centre with plenty of parking. Clean and professional, friendly, helpful staff. Lots of space and seating for patients with very large television set to watch and be distracted.
I received valuable therapy for hip pain from physiotherapist Andre Carle.the problem is almost fixed, and will be after another two weeks of exercises, I expect. I can recommend Andre.
And the Windsor Village Medical Centre is a most impressive new building.
Staff were friendly and professional, my doctor is kind welcoming and explained everything as he went along. Highly recommend if looking for a suitable family surgery.
It was my first visit, very impressed. Lovely girl at reception and Dr Jane Hii was so nice. I'll be back.
Reception was busy with incoming calls and was the sole person available but she handled the calls professionally and courteously. I waited for her to finish and she greeted me with a friendly and welcoming manner.
Dr Dooland is a wonderful gp always takes his time to listen to his patients and help with whatever they need.
This is a nice new state of the art Medical Centre with good helpful staff. Plenty of parking available with a very short walk to the reception desk. They'll look after you well at Windsor Village Medical Centre.
Friendly staff, knowledgable professionals. Loved the sevice.would love to keep WCMC as our point of contact.
Excellent medical centre, great doctors, highly recommend Dr Bala Goyal & Dr Anjalee Goyal. Very caring and really listen to you. Bonus is the brand new facilities

Receptionist are friendly and very clear with words!
First time meeting Dr Nick and he helped me straight away with all my Questions & Needs!
Dr Joseph is the most helpful, kind and supportive doctor for all our family needs. My kids love to visit, and even more now with the new medical centre - its lovely.
I am very happy with the advice and support from our GP he is a kind and caring doctor and very understanding. Highly recommend these services.
The doctor I saw today was amazing and I felt comfortable and well looked after. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Very nice surgery plenty parking spaces usual friendly reception only one downfall is that it's upstairs but they have a lift so all gd
Love the new medical centre, close to home, my favourite Doctor is there. Ladies on Reception are very nice.
Lovely GP Dr Madhu, friendly reception staff. Non discriminative healthcare. Didn’t ask my vaccination status, didn’t require fully vaccinated, didn’t require test before entering.
I forgot to carry my mask as it’s not compulsory but in healthcare system it is…so I asked receptionist if I could get mask and apologised as I forgot to carry one but receptionist was too rude and she asked me $1…are you really serious…I never saw anywhere that we have to pay $1 for getting mask…shocking.my appointment was at 10 min later so I went back to home to bring my Mask…poor service
Shocking service at reception, shocking doctors who appear to think patient ia beneath them. (Or maybe because I'm Aboriginal). New doc has been waiting for 5 months to get my records sent to him despite many phone calls etc. Filled out an application for a carer using 10 year old blood results.
Went in for a health assessment, which takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
I was asked to keep my mask on, which I replied I can not breathe in it for that long, the nurse then asked me had I been vaccinated I said "no" her reply 'was '' well I have and this is when it becomes a problem"'. So if I had been vaccinated would she then do my health assessment without me wearing a mask? I find this unethical and discriminatory against getting medical treatment.
I must agree that the staff are very rude and I feel very offended by that as they don't know what trauma I've been through in life. I also felt very uncomfortable with the consultation like I was a number and I didn't feel any compassion from the dr at all. It felt like it's just a job for her and that's it and I was just another number. I don't think that I will ever be returning to this medical centre ever again after that experience. I left feeling terribly depressed. Only one male staff receptionist was friendly after my dr consultation at the end. I am horrified of the disconnection that I had experienced with the dr I felt so uncomfortable. I was told that she is nice. Unfortunately this is not true for me and not the right dr for me.
