Coming from Victoria, I had to quarantine for 14 days as per the state requirements. These guys helped me out with the immediate booking. They Just had 30 minutes to arrange the stuff for me for 14 days and they absolutely did it with ease. Provided me with each and everything required for a long term stay. Everything was in excess. The room had everything from Electric kettle to Iron. All the essentials required were there.
The staff is great. They helped me out with everything. Whenever I needed something, they were very quick to respond to. So nice that they delivered me stuff from the woollies as well. Brought me delicious breakfasts. Once the chef was gone as I was late but the great lady at the reception herself made me a very delicious breakfast. These guys are the best in the town. If anyone is looking for a short term or long term accomodation, I would definitely recommend to try it out. You won’t regret your decision. I have stayed in hotels in Zurich, Frankfurt and Prague etc and can say that this place is right up there with the best hotels. Specially for a small town like Naracoorte, this place has got everything you look for. And yes, the price is very affordable as well. I’ll definitely be coming back to stay here.

Excellent place to both stay and dine.
The staff are absolutely fantastic and the rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed with lovely comfortable beds.
We can definitely recommend will be sure to return!

The motel is comfortable and clean, but looking very tired and in need of refurbishment. The staff are courteous and efficient, and our meal in the restaurant was very good.

Excellent environment, excellent food and first rate staff - the best of the best!:) Highly recommended!

I arrived late from Adelaide at 10pm for work to be greeted by friendly faces who delighted me by telling me I had been upgraded to a spa suite! Amazing and so needed after that long drive!
Such a nice place to stay and Naracoorte itself is a fun little town!

Management Tracy and Big Andy Seymour are finally a breath of fresh air for this place.

We stopped here once before and swore we would never do so again however, the quality of the food and service is fantastic and comparable to anything we have in Adelaide.

The way Tracy and Andy interact with staff is highly commendable and a reflection on the calibre of people and managers that they are.

We watched as Andy drew the curtains and turned on the entry lights in a room where the guests were expected to arrive at 1am. Try getting that kind of service at the top end of town in the cities!

We stayed in the one pet friendly room they had which was serviceable though nothing special.

No doubt if Tracy and Andy leave, the quality of the food and service will go back to what it used to be with Black & Gold products but gold prices.

We spent 2 nights here during our SA holiday. Very friendly staff and delish restaurant (We had both breakfast and dinner). Highly recommended

This place is a shambles for what we paid for. Everything is outdated and old. Things were falling apart or breaking down.the bed was uncomfortable and couldn't sleep, we couldn't open our curtains as it faced an area where staff was constantly moving around and could see into our room. The mini bar was over priced so had to buy our own munchies elsewhere. Glad it was only for overnight and can't wait to leave. Not a happy Vegemite

Tracey on reception, was absolutely magnificent.so welcoming and accomidating.recommend this accommodation after a long day on the road.

Friendly staff and good prices. The Highlander restaurant there had amazing food and great atmosphere. Tidy room. The wi fi didnt reach our room though. Huge TV was perfect to play our Nintendo hooked up on, when the tv channels glitched. Spa bath was great to relax in. Clean amenities. Perfect little getaway for couple nights. Attached pics are our meals from the restaurant one of the nights we stayed.

After working away for a few days and hitting the halfway point an a new town, it was wonderful to be greeted by warm staff who quickly organised everything I needed for my overnight stay.
The room itself was on par with the refurbishment of a city hotel. Clean, super comfortable bed and pillows, new carpets and updated bathroom. Bonus was a large window on the apartment that overlooked some parklands.
I wish I tried the restaurant (I already had a commitment for the night) because the bar looked great and the food smelled fantastic.

Nothing to not like at this site. The room looks a little tired from the outside, but the inside was great; so don't judge a book by it's cover.

I stopped by on the way to Mt Gambier and was pleasantly impressed by the hospitality and the wonderful wood fried pizza and selection of boutique local wines and gin. Highly recommended.

I arrived quite late in the night and was extremely tired and needed to stay somewhere. I was greeted promptly and the manager assisted me with getting a room organised very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend staying.here.thankyou Adam

Great place to stay, the spa room was superb, the biggest TV I've seen in a long time, HD as well! The food was excellent, the Thai fish cakes tastes like what you would get in Thailand. The staff are friendly and efficient. We went on a Friday and tried a cocktail each, two for the price of one. Many city accommodation places could well copy this motel.

The accomodation was comfortable and in a great location. The people were very friendly from our first contact. The restaurant was relaxed and very pleasant with quality food and exceptional service with the people very friendly and obliging. We will be back.

It was expensive/ way overpriced and a bit dated inside. Facilities were basic.but had a good selection of wines & drinks to consume if you don’t bring your own. Was relatively clean, however the bed was so very soft that we both had very sore backs & it kept us awake many times during the night, hence it was not peaceful

What a gem this place was. Would have to be the best motel I have stayed at. Welcoming reception on arrival. Comfy bed. Great food in the restaurant with a nice selection of wines. Would recommend when looking to stay in Naracoorte.

A 3 star room with a charge of $180 per night because of the Lucindale field days. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pizza night Friday nights with good quality pizzas at $10 for in house guests.

A warm welcome awaits here. The rooms on the motel type plan are adequate and commendably clean and quiet. The real revelation here though is the food in the Highlander restaurant, the choice of wines and ever cheerful service. No idea how they did it but the food was of a class that a city centre restaurant would charge three times as much for good of this calibre and ambition. Really impressed.breakfast ain't half bad either!

I enjoyed staying there, room was lovely and clean and the food very good. I shall definitely stay there again.
