Wharflands Plaza

A cool spot on a hot day. I need to go to the pharmacy there and Subway is handy plus news agency and the Reject shop. Also Woolworths supermarket is the largest shop in this Plaza. A further benefit is a Big W store close by and a Beyond Bank branch too. There are more smaller shops in the plaza including a shoe shop and more.

Shops are located in close vicinity with a reasonable range of smaller and bigger shops like target and big w.
Lots of parking with space for caravans too.
Includes a playground area near the dock area with picnic space too.
Lovely motel close by.

Because the aboriginal people are stealing, dealing in ice and are contaminating the hole place with violence and are treating visitors, as if they where neo-nazi, foul sly comments to people trying to simply do the food shopping. This place is horrific and is frightening. And the sea gulls are hunger near to staving. And it's smelly like a rat's nest. I am sorry to say this. But it is true and it has broke my heart. This place is like the Bronx's or Harlem town. Why I ask my self. They do not own all of Australia, and have taken on some kind of strange religions.they are Lucent and out of order.my god help Port-Augusta.

In the plaza we have
Woolworths, Smokemart, Newsagent, chemist, spendles shoes, dress shop, games shop, Telstra shop

I have never been there before. Went to alot of places. You need to stay for a couple of days to see everything. Went with a great friend for a day trip. Fantastic shops everywhere much better than Kadina. There are lots of friendly people around. Had lunch in a cafe. The friendliness people ever. A very different atmosphere. Cant wait to do it again.

Can't say too much about it as we went on a Sunday and everything was shut except Woolworth's and the reject shop. Nice long layout and there are public toilets.

Convenient for grocery and clothing items. Of street parking and beautiful grounds at the rear. Newsagent and toilets available.

It was nice to have a hot cuppa and watch the beahtifull view of the water. Great place to get every thing we need the fish or swim. Love it
