Highly recommend this medical centre.
Very bad experience they told me its bulk billing and i had private insurance. My insurance didn’t gave me full fee back they said that hospital charged me extra money for their own which insurance can’t pay. But why they make people fool by saying that its bulk billed very annoying.
Great medical centre that bulk bills. Doctors here are great. Appointments can take up to an hour to be seen though, they could improve by letting people know there may be a long wait at check-in.
Cannot recommend Westwood Medical Centre highly enough! Needed to see a doctor on the day and the receptionist was really helpful. Got an appointment within the hour and the doctor was great too. Thanks Westwood Medical! I will make this my regular doctor from now on.

20 minutes after pre booked appointment in an EMPTY waiting room we sit after watching a walk in couple get ushered in immediately I am APPALLED at this kind of patient care. Ask Reception when our Dr seeing us and am snapped at with 'Next'! Wow. Absolute disgust
