I had a 3.15 appointment and I wasn’t seen until 4.10 nearly a hour wait. It is horrible when your really sick in pain a discomfort from your symptoms. I had a nasal infection and chest infection. And was told to take day and night flu medication. My headache was one of the worst I have ever had from this infection I had tried nurofen Panadol and had no relief at all I was told that the GP couldn’t give me anything stronger to help. I also was recommended to use ginger and honey to help with my symptoms. I need a fast recovery due to work. The doctor had told me he was giving me to the end of the week for a sick cert for work and when I got in my car it was only one day sick cert so now I have to go back to the doctors again tomorrow. I was very disappointed with the waiting time and also how I was recommended cold and flu medication of the shelf for a bad nasil and chest infection. Now I still have no relief for my symptoms untill I re see another doctor tomorrow. I literally paid 40 dollars to see a doctor for a sick cert which don’t even cover me long enough and no medication for my infection. I honestly thought seeing a doctor was gonna relieve me from my pain a discomfort and I got none of that. But other then the doctor the administration ladies was beautiful very kind and understanding and book me into see a different doctor. Its horrible I gotta go another night with this discomfort but the administration did there best and I’m great full for sympathy.

My 4 year old had vaccine recently and the Nurse Kristy was amazing and had a great experience. Was worried my child will be terrified but everything went very well.

Highly Recommend this place. Especially Dr Srinivas Golla will respond very quickly and give his best treatment. Highly recommend this doctor.

Stay away from Dr Wilson. It's a two hour minimum turn around to be seen, coupled with a lot of stress. I've tried raising the issue to no avail. Stay away from them all. Not worth the grief they ALL cause.

Nasreen Wilson has been my Doctor for the past fifteen years. Nasreen is thorough in her approach to her patients physically and mentally. She provides years of experience, evident in her straightforward approach and her willingness to take time to listen to the concerns of her patients.

I've been going to this medical centre for years, and not once has DR WILSON been remotely close to running on time. I'm an extremely patient person but waiting over 90mins for a 2min appointment is unacceptable, especially when we have our own jobs to get to. I purposely started booking her very first appointment in the morning and still had to wait 1 and a 1/2 hours to see her. What a joke. She doesn't care about your time or even remember who you are. Don't bother.

Westwood Medical Centre gives and meets all medical services that any patient may require. Top services!

Westwood Medical Centre is the best Clinic Myself and my Parents have ever been to. Dr Gaurang Prajapati is an Excellent Doctor he Referred me to Kedar Pandya for a Care plan and he did a marvellous job he then Kedar Referred me to Nabeel for physio and Andrew for Exercise Physiology at the Parks and they did a fantastic job. I have no more pain it is good to see people who work well in a group.
Dr Wilson is also a nice doctor.
Nurses are very good. The Reception girls
are amazing, very nice and friendly and speak very polite.

Dr Nasreen is such a time waster and clearly doesn’t care too much about her patients, she’s always running super behind and it’s at least more than 3 hours I wait and finally I canceled my appointment cuz I got tired. She doesn’t even respect our time. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TO BOOK DR NASREEN WILSON

I have found the medical and support staff to be excellent and very professional to deal with. Recently I had an appointment with Madhu, a resident nurse who reviewed my health management. Madhu is a joy to work with, she has a warm caring and professional approach when assessing my health management. Madhu is happy to answer any questions about my health issues. It is very comforting to find someone who is caring with patients, a rare quality these days.

They are very overbooked and overworked, every appointment I have had to wait an extra 30-45mins to see doc.
Its probably because they are bulk billed, people seeing docs for a splinter now days because it's free

Been with westwood medical center since I had my work injury my health was pretty bad Dr Gurang Prajapati helped me from getting me help to surgeons to my mental health state to my medications to my nutrition if it wasn't for him who knows what would of happen trust me go see him you will not regret it thank you again westwood medical center!

We booked our baby 6 week immunisation 1 month in advance. 1 hour before the appointment time, they called and told us our doctor is busy and no nurse available. Earliest reschedule appointment is 1 week later. This is unacceptable service. We are very disappointed.

We have liked Westwood for its doctors and prompt service so far. But for the last few visits were different. This time, I had to wait for 45 minutes post my actual appointment time. I understand if there are lot of people waiting then I have to wait but today there was literally no one in the room and still such a long wait.
The reception person/persons were not courteous in responding when I asked about the delay.
So for improvement, please provide appointment only if you can fulfil, respect others’ time and commitments elsewhere. And please train your reception to be polite and gentle while talking to patients, I noticed they were loud and rude to everyone.
Overall, not a pleasant experience today. You asked for the feedback and I provided. I hope this will not be ignored. Happy to discuss further on this if you want.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Dr Nasreen Wilson is such a time waster and clearly doesn’t care too much about her patients, not to mention she’s always running super behind and it’s at least an hour wait. Firstly, I have asthma but this wasn’t even my reason for seeing Dr Wilson at all, I was seeing her about my pancreas and stomach issues which are urgent, but she wasn’t interested in talking about that, instead, she insisted that I get my lungs tested due to having asthma, so she referred me to a specialist to get these tests done, I waited 8 months on a waitlist to finally see this specialist and I get told by that specialist that Dr Wilson didn’t even book me in for the actual test and that she specifically needed to do that on her end but has failed to do so, I also asked the reception team to make sure it’s all booked and confirmed months ago and they said they would take care of it, but clearly they didn’t. I now have to go back on the waitlist, so much of my time has been wasted thanks to Dr Wilson. This could have been very easily avoided and shouldn’t be this much of a hassle. I’ve also had a negative experience with Dr Gary as well, the only doctor here that was super helpful and worth seeing was Dr Raymond (Robin) but he has since moved to a new location, so I have now also switched clinics.

I wouldn’t suggest this medical centre even to my enemy, fully unprofessional, long waiting period or cancel the booking as said by receptionist they doesn’t even respect our time. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TO BOOK DR NASREEN WILSON
