Excellent location great amenities super stylish modern facilities awesome for kids heated pool and jumping pillow was a hit also a great playground. 5 minutes to glenelg

Very quiet, neat and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the location was so close to the beach. We would stay here again.

Very central to where I wanted to be nice and quite reasonably priced. Cabin was in need of some TLC but was quite adequate and very clean. Hope new mattress's are not far off, a little hard but clean still slept well. I have am hearing impaired and found the TV acoustics not satisfactory for me to use but most probably for most people would find it ok. Overall will use again

Amazing place, offers luxury beachfront cabins with adequate facilities. The retreat offers a range of activities including a pool and waterslide and also a games room. The staff are friendly and caring towards their customers. Great places to visit whilst staying here! Highly recommend

We went into the new cabins, but I forgot what it is called, really comfortable and nice, although I found a big dead fly on my bed, that will be the only con, everything else is fine, personally it is a very friendly environment.

House keeping is very poor.deposit it's not worth it cause the cost that is dirty.dunny flushed all night.maintaining is terrible other than that is ok

Saltbush shacks are Clean and well presented, comfy beds. Larger numbers on shacks would be helpful.

I went there to stay, honestly. It was great, there's Mega Adventure next to West Beach Parks Resort, and a way to the beach (That was cold last time) Honestly, the planes flying by don't mind me at all, since I love aviation!

Sadly I only visited the West Beach Parks Resort to drop presents for my Nefu and Neci. The staff was very accommodating and made you feel very welcome. A quick glance around the facilities wow. My sister and her family are regulars and now I know why

Stayed here for a week in the spa bungalow family of 4 was excellant one of the best resorts I have stayed at with out a doubt would highly recommend to everyone plenty for kids to do awsome staff and accommodation will be back for sure

This is a great place to bring kids so they can stretch the legs and have a run around or a swim in the heated pool. The units are well appointed with air-conditioning and are clean and tidy. A great base to explore all that Adelaide has to offer.

Great venue, lots of things for kids to do on site and beach nearby, only downside is the airport being so close and the noise associated with it

Very mediocre for what you pay for. Not in walking distance of much. Cabin i stayed in had the bathroom through the master bedroom. Cant imagine it would be fun sleeping after someone had a bad bowel movement. No toiletries supplied other than extra TP.

Absolutely convenient place for a vacation, close walking distance from beach, perfect home away from home.loved it! Just a pity the toilet seat should be given consideration for a replacement.

Great location and great place to stay with plenty to do in and around the Resort for the whole family, some of the units could do with a bit of a freshen up sometime soon. Regular visitor over a number of years, and we still Luv it

Always stay here in Christmas Holidays. It's not busy like the caravan park down the road but still has a great family atmosphere. And close walk to beach

So the place was great. Like perfect for a family reunion. Just what we needed. Spacious and well appointed apartments. The planes on takeoff took a lot of getting used to.but I still consider it good value!

We stayed in a cabin. The map was a little hard to follow and we got lost. But we discovered our mistake when other guests who were trying to find the cabin next to ours, ended up in the same place as us. Reusing numbers for different categories of accommodation possibly wasn't the best idea.
The water slides are brilliant and the playground was fun and entertaining. I like that the bouncy pillow, pool, toilets and playground are all together.
No complaints about the cabin. However most window frames could do with some maintenance attention. Kids loved seeing the ducks about the place.
