Vine Inn Barossa

Great place to stay for an overnight Barossa visit. Room was clean and offered everything you need it rely is thoughtfulespeciallyfor the price. Breakfast at the bistro in the morning was lovely, fresh and generous. My only complaint was the beds are quite hard.

Lovely place to dine. Hubby's schnitzel was very enjoyable, I had roast chicken but the vegies weren't cooked enough, not everyone can eat near raw vegies, was a shame as overall our dining experience was wonderful.

We got there at about 6: 45, and had ordered and started eating by 7: 00 even when they were busy. Kind and professional staff who are good at what they do. Vegan partner was pleased with the stuffed mushroom, so they have options for everyone. Was delicious, and I would definitely recommend the chicken parmigiana

Staff were friendly, food delicious, coffee good & fire was burning so it was lovely & warm.

Their new motel along the main Street from the prime building was great. The best bathroom/toilet set-up I've seen.

Nice food and atmosphere. The TV's were a distraction for our kids. The television had a mid day movie which wasn't appropriate for young kids. But the food was great. $12 kids meals with colouring packs. Reasonable prices food and great customet service.

We like the hotel and the staff, unfotunately we were disappointed with our meal. We ordered the Chicken mingnon. The flavor was nice but it arrived at our table in less than 5 minutes of our ordering. This suggested to us the meals had just been reheated and the texture of the food suggested that it had only been reheated. It lessened our satisfaction of the meal. We have always enjoyed great food at the Vine Inn but this was not up to their usual high standard.

Great place to stay. All staff friendly and welcoming. Accommodation clean and comfortable. Food and service in the bistro and bar/garden area very good.

Excellent quality, staff is helpful. You have to get a special deal though to be good value, otherwise it's extremely pricey. Rooms can go for up to $300 in high season, whole other times you find them for around a $100.

The dinner in the restaurant blew me away!

We had the grilled fish, roast pork, oysters and garlic bread. Without word of a lie, it was the best grilled fish I've ever had. The tartare sauce tasted phenomenal and seemed to be home-made instead of the mass produced tartare you usually get.
Everything was reasonably priced and you definitely got your moneys worth.

We went to the bar and played a few rounds of pool and the ladies behind the bar were great too. Good for a chat and quick service.

A fantastic overnighter and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

We stayed three nights in the off-site motel style accommodation and used the hotel bistro and bar. The accommodation is a little dated but kept very clean and all in working order - the staff are helpful and welcoming. This is a good dependable place to stay.

Good food, great service room excellent, pity nuri dies after 12pm on weekends, the vine inn in good location you can easily drive to any where in the Barrosa Valley making it a great place to stay.
We have already booked our next stay, just after Easter!

Absolutely disappointed. The spa was cold, and despite being told during check in that “the spa will be warm in 30 minutes if you warm reception”, the icy stare of the receptionist after asking twice about making the spa warm made us feel so uncomfortable that we begrudgingly went back to our room for a hot shower instead. Room was fine but a long walk from the facilities. Do not recommend!

This is the best option to eat around this area. Good food, nice staff, good selection. Good prices for what you get!

Salt and pepper squid was amazing. Meals always quick to come out. Restaurant always tidy and well kept.
