Vine Inn Barossa reviews
53 The rice was not cooked, the butter chicken was watery!
Salad bar was not topped back up!
the food was way below par considering what they charge, have had way better meals in a food court
Overall Yuk! Would never go back
Had Christmas lunch at the Vine Inn, with a family group of 22.
Absolutely wonderful experience.
The food was fresh and delicious, with a vast variety of foods in all areas - entree, mains and sweets.
The staff were so busy because of the event being booked out but this didn't stop them from being helpful and friendly in all aspects.
The younger people of each table were treated to a gift left by Father Christmas prior to the start of the meal, a really nice touch.
This was not the first time we enjoyed Christmas Lunch at the Vine Inn and it certainly won't be the last.
Thank you to all the lovely staff at the Vine Inn for making Christmas Day wonderful.
I popped in here unexpectedly.and had no phone charger. I would've like to have been able to borrow one from front desk. Everything else was perfect
Just finished dining at the Bistro. Absolutely brilliant. Great menu and friendly service. I would come again.
This is a great Place to stay at and they have very nice Food, in there Bistro and in there Sport's Bar.
Great meal enjoyed by all of us good selection on the salad and veg bar, will be back again.
Missed the ball tonight.
Dinner meals were either rushed or incorrect.
Such a pitty. Lots of work to do here gang.
Reception is across a main road. Dont unload your luggage until you find out if your room is 2 to 5 minutes away further up the road. Apart from that, all good.
Food was awesome, our group of 40, were served well, great service thank you everyone will come back
Fantastic meal for the price. Pizza was really nice, lots of toppings and very tasty. Generous portion for the price. Produce was fresh and nice. Chicken Mignon was really nice - maybe a little dry but hey it is breast. No problems changing from mashed potato to chips. Service was fast, staff were friendly. Definitely rate it as one of the best meals I have had.
We stayed at the Vine Court. Was great, clean and tidy. Was close enough to walk to the Vine Inn for dinner at night
Clean rooms, strict Covid guidelines informed, although Bistro busy beauful pork roast was served in less than 10 minutes. Courteous, helpful staff
I did not stay here so can't comment on the rooms. I did however eat in the bistro restaurant and the food is excellent.
Great stay! Beautiful rooms and reasonably priced. Had a great time. Very clean and well up kept. Will definitely come back again.
Food was excellent and service the only thing would be the pool area has cob webs in and around rocks and need a toilet.
Great service, friendly staff. Awesome meal. I had rump steak and husband had trio of seafood was presented meal. Very tasty. Definitely worth a visit
The room was clean but maybe a little dear for a average room which I found out was usually used by tradies
The staff were very rude they asked us to buy a mask for $5 before we entered their venue.
They ask us to pay for the mask before we ordered our lunch.
I ended up going to Hungry Jacks for lunch.
No complaints.for 4 stars it was nice
Stayed at the Vine Court recently for 1 night which is just walking distance from the Vine Inn itself and is an extension with motel style rooms. We were there for a family members wedding, had lunch at the Garden Bistro before hand and then the wedding and reception was held at the facilities too.
The staff was very friendly, and were not slow. The room at the Vine Court was fine, it was small, had a double bed and a single bed, an ironing board, tv, reverse cycle heating/cooling, a mini fridge, a bathroom, and linen
Only complaints on the room, the walls must be thin so when someone was in the shower or bathroom in the next room it was very audible in our room.there was some small damage to in the bathroom to the cabinet, ceiling fan enclosure and toilet seating but that's just nitpicking
The food was a bit hit and miss that day.at lunch the veg seemed like it was just heated not even boiled.and i got IBS from the Pork steak only an hour before the wedding was due to start.and the meals at the wedding, same deal again with the veg but the rest was fine. Bit pricey for the servings you get tho.
Would still stay there again if we were in the area
