Victoria Hotel - Bay Pub

So glad we took the drive here, had to stop a few times just to take in the breathtaking scenery. Food was beautiful and in such generous portions, and the atmosphere was lovely. I spent some of the evening watching the photography slideshow on display in the dining room. Staff were very friendly.

The meals at this pub are phenomenal! And the staff are always friendly and professional. We are now than happy to travel the hour from home for the atmosphere and quality of the food. 10 stars!

Very friendly service and giant country size serves, we could have shared one main meal between us.

We are traveling from Wollongong NSW decided to have lunch here, was not disappointed at all the meals were plentiful and so fresh meat tender and salads all fresh. Very friendly staff would highly recommend 10/10

Shared a meal with friends - late booking and they made up a table for 10. Everything was very good.

NYE meal. Excellent. The Avocado Chicken was delicious. All meals on our table were very nice, well presented and service was quick and efficent. Deserts were very nice. The pub is clean with pleanty of room, toilets clean.

My friends and I stayed here for three nights over New Years. It was very impromptu and as last minute there wasn't anything available except this. Wasn't expecting much but was surprised it was clean and tidy and definitely worth staying if travelling through and you need a bed with clean sheets and good food.

Great local pub, staff were very accomodating with my family including one who is Coeliac, he had plenty of Gluten Free options to choose from and we all enjoyed our meals and one of the best chicken schnitzels I've had in a long time! We will definitely be back when we are down this way again.

This would have to be the best pub food we've eaten. The fish was amazing, the pizza was great and the schnitzel was huge and delicious! Service was brilliant too. We look forward to visiting again.

Great pub in this fishing town. Beer was nice and cold in the main bar. Had dinner in the bistro which was very nice too. Being a crayfish fishing port the Crayfish being served looked pretty good even though I didn’t have.

The owners have clearly put in a lot of effort and it shows. Everything was clean, recently painted, good quality linens. All in all better than I'd expected for a country pub. Huge dining room serving really excellent meals. Breakfast could be pre-ordered and was delivered the night before, simple but perfectly fine. The general store is across the road if you want something more.

Pretty friendly place, good staff.
Food is tasty and you get what you expect.
Overall not a bad spot to stop by in Port MacDonnell

Come for the rock lobster, stay for the kids cheeseburger. Seriously. So good. (Also the friendly and amazing staff!)

Did not enjoy the meals at all, schnitzel was tuff and chewy, supreme pizza was basically 1cm thick of unusual bland cheese but the garlic bread was great

Well I wasn't originally going to leave a review on this place as I had no expectations. When I arrived at my table two older ladies complemented this place, complete strangers to me, may friend and I order schnitzels, when we vocalized are thoughts to eachother two blokes said the beef schnitzel was fairly big and amazing (they where right). The schnitzel came out fairly quickly and was very good, and the atmosphere/community at this restaurant was heart warming. Food 5/5, customer service 5/5 and the community was 10/5. I definatly recommend going to this establishment.
