5 star location falls short, management needs to look at the processes in place.

Food below average - $25 Salmon Benedict Cold and NOT fresh. Cold eggs = pre cooked out of fridge. Eggs should always be cooked fresh, we returned the meal

Atmosphere could be ideal, but falls short with poor presentation, staff not cohesive in methods or attire and cleaning products the featured highlight

At this location and pricing, to be a successful Cafe, the standards need to lift dramatically.

New owners, i guess trying to find their way but like I can see past few reviews - was very slow to come out and this despite only few people being there. Our 4 meals also came out with 10 minute gap between first and last so first 3 of us had basically finished by time last 1 came out. I'm pretty sure they forgot the last meal (like 2 other recent reviews where a meal was forgotten). The peri peri chicken burger was basically a wierd texture piece of chicken heaps of oily sauce and bun, and it said sweet potato chips but came out with standard chips. 3 out of 4 of us weren't happy with our meals, need to do better sorry won't be back. Positive was that the servers were very nice.

I’ve been to a few Veloce cafes and they’re all consistent with their coffee and taste - always serviceable

Staff are incredibly polite and put focus into their product
If you’re after a quick bite and coffee, this is a good choice - make it a double shot though

Excellent choice of local food at very competitive prices, and seating was comfortable for couples or families. Food was tasty and generous in size and served promptly. Great customer service from the friendly and professional staff, and overall the premises was very clean with great views and sheltered from winds. Highly recommend the toscana focaccia, bowl of chips and iced coffee for a quick snack

I bought a large milkshake for $7.90 it was all bubbles i walked back to my work less than 50 metres and it was gone four sips.unbelievable!

Best coffee in Glenelg! Super friendly owners and staff, and I don’t know of anywhere else, you can watch a dolphin swim around while eating your breakfast.

What makes Veloce so special is the attention to detail.the coffee is exceptional. The food fresh and delicious. Staff are friendly and personal. It's a place to look forward to visiting.

Haven't been here in a few years but had a dentist appointment nearby.
Grabbed a coffee, it was excellent.
But I would urge the owners to install a blind on the window for the barista. That morning sun is very bright and is hard for them to see us whilst making coffee.

The best coffee I've had in a long while. Staff were friendly too. Came here every morning of our stay in Glenelg. Definitely recommend for their tasty food too.

Wasn't disappointed absolutely lovely! Great strong coffee too! Love the marina! Even more reason to come back more often.
Our only less positive thought here was we definitely needed 1 more waffle and less ice cream to make the price perfect. Thanks for a lovely morning

The service was 2nd to none, but unfortunately the food didn't match, pizza tasted like it was plain brand off the shelf chicken bq, the barbeque sauce was put on it after it was cooked, not before and the 3 dips were way too salty. Sorry you need to check your menu again, ps I'm a tough critic! $46

On our first visit, 80% of staff weren't wearing masks. They make great coffee though and my salmon eggs Florentine were magnificent.
We came back 2 days later, and still no face masks.so we sighed and walked away. So good food, but the lack of other sensible stuff lets it down.
