Serving amount is huge. Price is ok. Love the lady who served us food. Wish the other staffs could smile more like her. Although it's more like a take away shop, the tables need to be cleaned more frequently.

One of the best roll (+ more) joints up North. Always pop in for lunch when im up that side of town.

Their rolls are usually lovely but today's wasn't so good. Just a tip for the people making the rolls.if you accidently put chilli & coriander on a roll then realise the customer didn't want them you can't just take it off as the taste stays on the other fillings. You need to make a fresh one.

Delicious food, good pricing and very generous servings! Staff are lovely. Highly recommend this place for a quick Vietnamese feed!

Nice variety of Vietnamese rice paper and bau rolls, with spring rolls or bread rolls for lunch or a light dinner. Prepared fresh and very, very tasty. Will definitely be back often.

Are u changing chef or staff? It tasted pretty bad today. I already visited ur shop for 2 years. But today’s stuff is so poor, not fresh and not good taste.

Cute little eaterie. Good service. Clean and visually appealing. I tried one of their combination Vietnamese rolls it was filling, fresh and flavorful.

My favourite Vietnamese roll place in Mawson lakes, I visit here once a week and get a roast pork lunch combo and it’s the best part of my day, every bite is like a trip into food fantasy land it’s that good!

Am I glad to have this beauty of a restaurant nearby. Definetly the best banh mi's I've ever had. And this is coming from a guy that doesn't even like bread.
Great meat with great vegetable combinations. The butter that they use is to die for. Keep it up!

My favourite Vietnamese food ever! Their rolls and we’ll everything is the best! They are full of vegetables and lots of meat! They always give your worth of money to you! They are also great on pricing and the customer service is outstanding! I literally go here 3x plus a week!

Food is nice but average. They need improve customer service. People push in and get served first, they need to develop a system so things are more orderly.

Excellent Asian food. They make the best Vietnamese combination rolls. Have been there many times over the years and always fresh food and great staff.

This is my favourite Vietnamese place I always come too at least every 2 weeks. Always order the same thing, they're epic combination sliders, which highly recommend trying. Really nice looking shop and the food is always good, Definitely give it a try if you're in Mawson lakes!

Found this place by chance - I just happened to be walking by, hoping to come across an authentic Banh Mi for lunch (where “authentic” means actual Vietnamese people making it like they might do in Vietnam).

What a lucky find!

Good, clean shop with friendly staff. Good range of staple Viet takeaways (Goi Cuon, Banh Bao, Banh Mi, Bun Vermicelli, etc) and iced coffee too.

I chose the combination Banh Mi and a coffee.

The rolls were a little smaller than the usual offering, which was great because I can never finish the really big ones I seem to find elsewhere. The fillings were ‘clean’ (not too pickled, not too greasy, not too spicy), which is another tick from me.

Overall: it’s on the top of my short list for next time I’m looking for lunch at Mawson Lakes.

The rolls are fresh. Service is fast, but has a take-away feel to it (order, eat and get out). The roast pork leaves a lot to be desired. It's not crispy, or tender. Wondering what the Phó is like, it looks good~ I'll try it next time.

Great place for lunch or a snack. Great food at great prices. Love the Banh Mi rolls and Bao sliders. Iced Coffee is also amazing here! Friendly owners who love their business.

New place that opened recently. Decent Vietnamese food and rolls. Had the beef noodle soup. The soup is rich and not as oily as other pho places. Options are limited to one though, and would prefer the beef to be rare upon being served. Overall for the price it is satisfactory.

Food was amazing! Staff was really friendly and welcoming. Got the bao sliders which the guy that works there recommended and I was really impressed with them. Will definitely come back.
