Sales person was rude and lack of communication skills. Waited half an hour for my food. Waste of time.

It always seems busy here, and for good reason. The food is ALWAYS amazing and they make the best Bahn Mi.
Cater well to vegetarians/vegans, too.

We were walking around trying to find a place to eat, stumbled upon this place, line out the door, walked around and came back to order. I didn't like the ladies attitude or the way she acted, she was very commanding and unpleasant to talk to, but non the less we ordered two pork Bahn Mi rolls, mind you she asked if we wanted it with coriander and we said yes, waited a while, finally got our food and we'll.one stem of coriander, that was it, I didn't know that by getting coriander it was a garnish. Overall though, the roll was amazing, tasted great just a shame they were so non existent with the coriander, that is what gives it some of its flavour.

I love this place everything I have tried here is delicious. The staff are so friendly they just make you feel so welcome. I think I will be a regular customer from now on. Thank you urban rolls

Love this tiny shop. Their Vietnamese Coffee is pretty good! Friendly staff and freshly cooked meals. Keep up the great work girls!

Combination roll is pretty good and well priced. If you order I with Chilli it packs quite a punch so beware.lol.everything on the buns and the bun itself is nice and fresh. Only negative thing for me was I ordered chicken spring rolls with my roll and they where largely filled with carrots instead of chicken, which was a bit annoying, but wasn't too bad tasting.
Can recommend this place easily.

The absolute best bahn mi and noodle Salads around. Always busy, which means fresh ingredients and friendly staff! We come several times a week. Thanks for being consistently awesome

Hey Kev bro, you've singlehandedly lost this place a valuable customer bro. I was at the till waiting to be served, patiently standing there for 5 minutes. Bro didn't acknowledge to apologise for any delays, completely ignored me, but instead just took care of his customer bros because they gave them the incorrect order. They were already busy eating, but bro just wanted to please his bros and forget any other customer existed. Your customer service was atrocious bro, and because of that bro, I'm going elsewhere bro. If I could give you zero stars bro, I would bro. Have fun taking orders bro.

Extremely rude staff.

Did order for a takeaway, the staff did not give a token number for collection. Asked a couple of times if the order was ready and the lady had the audacity to shout in front of other customers. Disgusting people. Learn how to behave with your customers.

Being a regular for 2 years, visited today to get roast port banh mi, very disappointed, 13c surcharge which they didn’t have before. New staff seems extremely hesitant when adding meat to my banh mi, she acts like she is adding gold or something. Portion of roast pork is probably half as much as before. Pork is cold, skin is rocky hard, watch out if you have a tooth filling. I don’t think i would ever get banh mi from this place again.

I came here due to the rating. The staff have really negative and rude behavior. I just asked if the sauce is spicy and they start yelling!

I came here because of the rating is 4.5 and left with disappointment, but only the food but also service. I ordered the beef noodle, more expensive than most of other pho restaurants, no flavour in the whole dish, the rice noodle tastes plastic, meat balls are not fresh, coriander tastes like parsley. When I asked more coriander to enhance the flavour, the staff said with a grumpy face only if I pay for it…Well, fair enough. The other dishes might be good, but no for the noodle.

Can’t believe the best chicken burger i got is from a Vietnamese take away place. Their combination rice comes with massive amount of meat and the rice is always fresh and chewy. Price is fairly reasonable considering how much meat u are geeting. I visit this place at least once a week. This is unarguably the best Vietnamese restaurant in this area.

Mmmmm good salad bowl but not many options. Great for the price. The food comes out fast, flavours are amazing but they use some sort of oil in the grilled chicken that makes it very greasy and sits heavy

Rolls are really nice, but they are illegally charging a high surcharge for transactions under $10. In direct violation of ACCC regulations but they don't care.

Food was AWFUL over priced and so underwhelming, it was hrs old, cold, dry and tasteless except for the bottled hoisen sauce
Will not eat there EVER AGAIN.
Called to atleast give them the oppertunity to rectify, we decided to return 90% of the food to the restaurant to be told bad luck, that you didn't like the food, there was no offer to make new fresh food was just told we can't do anything.

Friendly and prompt service plus some reasonably priced and tasty baos! I far preferred them over the banh mi I tried here last time.

Friendly staff and just wish they are more generous with the meat fillings - also wish the ice coffee was fresh from the dripper and not pre made - otherwise a pleasant lunch
