Tynte Flowers

Ordered the Perfect Reason hamper as a Valentine's Day gift for my partner on the 10th of Feb to be delivered on the 14th. It was delivered the morning after (15th), so we were initially a little bit disappointed with that. I did ring Tynte first thing on the 15th and spoke to Rhiannon, who was most receptive when I expressed this. The issue apparently was with the delivery driver. Rhiannon told me that the delivery fee would be refunded to my card and that's definitely a satisfactory resolution as far as I'm concerned.

On the flowers and hamper, my partner said:

"I absolutely love it! The arrangement was so bright, cheerful and fresh. The finishing touches on the vase made it look brilliant. The candle was beautifully elegant and smelt divine. "

Overall really happy with the product, I'd definitely shop at Tynte again. Just not sure if I'd chance delivery with them again, I'll probably opt to pick up in person next time. I'll also update this review in a few days if and when I receive the promised refund of delivery fee.

I was given some beautiful flowers for my birthday. The next day the hydrangea started wilting, by the second day they had drooped. Strangely one hydrangea was still fresh. Not understanding the life span of a hydrangea, I sent an email off to the store. Within an hour I had a response. The store was very reasonable in offering a replacement bunch, and all on Xmas Eve. Thank you. 5 star service.

Ordered from Tynte for the first time today. Had the BEST experience with team member Fleur even when I thought i'd messed up the delivery address. She went above and beyond to help me and was so kind. Will be using Tynte for my future flower orders and will recommend Tynte to friends too)

Incredible service. I ordered flowers for a colleague's birthday at 11am and they were delivered at 3.15PM. Long lasting flowers, beautiful arrangements, and a huge array of additional gifts you can add (cards, wine, hampers, etc). I will never go anywhere else for flowers!

First time using and received a message "unable to deliver" with a phone no. My fault, sending to a friend in RAH who was in ICU. Spoke to Kim and advised they would check daily and send a FRESH arrangement once in Ward. Could not be more thankful! Now that's what I call Amazing customer service. Will be my NO 1 go to.

After years of good service and great flowers I have been let down this week. Decided to finally send my husband a basket / flower rather than the other way round. Delivery was missed and he left work with nothing. After a few calls it was send to home address but in the meantime the work delivery arrived and his work called to let him know.surprise ruined! Most annoying part was no response to my email.

I am extremely disappointed at the most effortless bunch of flowers, from a popular florist in town, that get delivered to my best friend's office as a surprise for her 30th birthday.it meant to be a surprise and yes it IS a surprise or even shock to see what your company offered!
i would rather get a bunch from the OTR than yours.or anyone has no flower arrangement skills could have done a better job.my friend's colleagues even commented if it was a prank from whoever sent her the flowers, what an absolute joke!

I purchase over $100 worth of flowers each week for my cafe.today I went in and asked if I could order some bunches for Mother’s Day and was told that unless I selected a pre made bunch from their website then they would not be willing to accomodate me! Very disappointed in their lack of interest and willingness to help, especially as I am a regular customer. Will never go to their store again.

I've used Tynte on quite a few occasions to send flowers in Adelaide, and each time has been a very easy process. Today a beautiful flower arrangement arrived for my mum for her birthday and they look great, very happy and the price was excellent for the value. Thanks again!

They put up with my girlfriend. At first she rejected my gifts. Tynte did right and followed my directions to leave them at her door lol.she went out and tried the chocolates and then fell in love with my gift. Don't go cheap guys/girls get the chocolates too!

Tried to place an International order for delivery. Very disappointed with the IT Tynte use as system would not accept my phone number or the recipient's number. Could not get past that point to spend the €120. Had to shop elsewhere. Update for owner 5 days later and had to send something else, your IT is still not working and will not accept my mobile number. I am an international customer and in a different time zone so not practicable to call you at the shop. Your email contact details are not available on the website. Frustrated that i cannot use your site and will go elsewhere again. You are not listening to this customer.

Fantastic experience using Tynte Flowers, incredible customer service. I had made an error in the address entered but the team went above and beyond to make sure the flowers were delivered. The flowers were for my mum's 50th birthday and it really made her day.
