Tynte Flowers

Bought roses only lasted two days contacted them disgusting customer service infact no customer service no response to my emails they dont care. I will not use them again

Beautiful flowers, however the customer service wasn’t great. The girls there weren’t very friendly and they had a great energy of being unapproachable.

Had my anniversary my poor husband orderd flowers for me and spent a heap he asked for something Young as I am only 30 and these are what we got, half dead broken flowers with dirty water. He called today to speak to someone to rectify the issue privately however was not offered a proper solution.
So disappointed these were so ugly I felt they would have been more suited to much much older taste.
We should have been given a refund so appalled in this service.

Thanks for the reply! No he is working it’s not he doesn’t want to bring them back he cannot get there hence why he paid for delivery in the first place.
They were broken and old flowers used.
A store credit would be great please let him know that he has that there to use.

The greatest flower shop in Adelaide. Have been using for over 20 years and have never had a disappointed recipient. Keep doing you Tynte as you are amazing - the catalyst for writing this review was ordering some flowers interstate from a reputable company for a friend with a newborn and how disappointed I was with what they received. You don't know how good you have it until it goes wrong.

The staff are always helpful and always happy to give advice and put together beautiful custom bouquets.

Ordered orchid for my granddaughter late Thursday afternoon to be delivered to hospital on Friday. The orchid arrived on time and exceeded my expectations. The picture on the web sight looked nice but the one delivered was amazing. Flowers galore. Thank you Tynte flowers.

Amazing customer service. I received a phone call to confirm unsure details. My email was read as soon as sent. Delivery within the day and received sms confirming delivery. Very reasonably priced flowers and $12 delivery. Recipient very happy.

Tynte street flowers are great at getting your flowers there on time and have beautiful arrangements of fresh flowers
They offer free cards to send with your flowers or offer other you can purchase if you want something more bespoke. I really can’t recommend them strongly enough

I have friends who have always used Tynte Flowers so thought I would use them for the first time to send flowers to my wife. The service was fabulous starting with an easy to use website showing a vast range of flowers. There were goodies you could add and have a card sent. Once the confirmation email arrived you track the progress from the bench to the driver to the front door. Delivered well within their time frame per their website and my wife was thrilled. Now I know why people choose Tynte Flowers and I look forward to placing my next order with them.

I purchased this little Lily of the Valley Posey as a gift and the recipient absolutely loved it. The flowers are incredibly delicate and the little bottle-shaped vase was just perfect. A really beautiful idea.

Tynte Flowers is always my go to for gorgeous flowers and plants and again they didn’t disappoint. I had the most wonderful plant delivered to a friend who loves Monsteria’s, and she was blown away by its lushness and size. Such a beautiful plant and AMAZING customer service. So grateful.

Apparently the flowers were lovely. The Lindt chocolates were missing and as I had the order delivered I never would have known except that I mentioned the chocolates on the card to my friend in hospital. I am sure with the florist's reputation it was an honest mistake but if you are ordering online and not picking up yourself - always worth checking that what you paid for has been delivered.
